He gives me suggestions for eye drops, supplements and really spends time answering all of your questions. She was so thorough while helping me select my glasses and taking measurements. She has a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to work with. I found the glasses I wanted in 5 minutes and sat down at one of their fitting stations. I watched 2 women employees chat it up for about 10 minutes and it wasn't about business either.. One of them finally looked my way and came over to assist. The first thing I asked was does this frame come wider, like a 57? I was told yes, that would be no problem. Low and behold, 20 minutes later, they are ready to fit me with my frames. I reminded her the frame in my hands was way too small and we need to properly measure my frames for a correct fit. Then just as you'd expect from these highly trained technicians, she was wrong, she said these frames do not come as wide as I told her I needed. 30 minutes down the drain for her incompetence. "I'm so sorry, I misunderstood you" she said. How could you misunderstand if this frame comes in a wide 57? Well, I guess these technicians need to go to a hearing doctor first before getting a job here first. They are obviously working in the wrong profession. Rent a clue folks!

Then they video conferenced in someone who barely spoke English to do the exam -I'm not upset he didn't speak English based in R*acism I am because he couldn't understand anything I said and just angrily kept repeating his script. Clearly no is here cares about your prescription at all. Which is even more evident because of the "free" glasses (they obviously can't charge for the shady way they get your prescription so they just charge you for glasses which is a scam) came small as heck and wrong. They blamed in on this or that and said to put them on in the morning. Didn't work. I assumed it was the size of the frames so I ordered more glasses from somewhere else and nope it's the prescription that's wrong. They claim it's cheaper then upsell you. This place should be shut down.

The…read moreoptometrist insisted (no clinical reason, he was just hard selling them) I get B&L lenses, despite the fact they are not available to order, and told me he would would write an Rx for a different brand if I was unable to order them. Now that I am needing more lenses, and despite my Rx still being well with-in a year old, Lance Bloom refused to do what he told me to my face he would do. He is claiming "because it's been 90 days, I need to refit your contact lenses," then he claimed he was 'legally bound' to re-examine my eyes, despite having seen me within the year... (i.e.- the usual optometrist scam. https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/11/great-american-eye-exam-scam/602482/ ) I've worn CL (multiple brands, and, at least one other brand at this same practice for years) for over 30 years in total, with years at this practice, with no eye health issues whatsoever. He flat out told me if I couldn't order them in the future, he would write for another brand- he even gave me multiple other brands to try out at that time. Now he claims I need to come back and and have lenes I've already worn, "refitted." Avoid this practice at all cost!
