I got my prescription and promptly lost it, so I went by a few days later and got another copy; took about a minute. I ordered my new glasses, and when I went to pick them up I realized just how perfectly Dr. Parker got the prescription. I put them on and it was almost like seeing for the first time. The doctor I went to about 5 years ago rushed me through like cattle, then pressured me like a vacuum cleaner salesman to buy their insanely expensive crap. I told the "doctor" that I had high blood pressure and my eyes were exceptionally blurry that day, but he didn't even bother to acknowledge it, much less reschedule the test. The glasses Dr. Parker prescribed for me are amazing; I've never been able to see this well in my whole life. I'm 71 and I still have 20/20 vision but my muscles are very slow to react and things look blurry close-up - but not anymore! I could not be happier with my eye exam.

I ordered daily use contacts and had been using them as such, to find out they ordered monthly use and I have unknowingly thrown out half of my contact. I was told I should have known better even though this was my first time having contacts in a long time. I made the mistake of assuming they ordered what I had requested. Let me save you the hassle, if you go, use your insurance for glasses or get screwed because they DO NOT care about people who don't have money. if I could give 0 stars I would.

When I did not receive it, I called and was advised once again it would be emailed. Now 3 days later I still do not have the correct eyeglass prescription. So not sure why they are not giving me the corrected prescription since I paid additional to get my eyeglass prescription updated. So I guess I will have to call again tomorrow or drive the half hour trip back to the office to get what I should have ethically received the day of my appointment.

He contradicts himself from one visit to the next. When you have a serious medical condition, and try to explain the precautions for procedures, he huffs, "It doesn't matter." He didn't even try to help with the reason for my visit on this particular day. All he wanted to discuss was an upcoming procedure, which is not happening with him. He said one thing the first visit and a totally different thing this time. He's all over the place. I will find a kind and competent dentist that listens to medical concerns. And by the way, I have friends and family who have left the practice since Dr Owen took over, because of some of the same things I am sharing now. However, his assistant was a helpful and polite young man. I am blessed to be surrounded by kind, competent and compassionate medical professionals. Unfortunately, Dr (??) Owens is not one of them.

Why would they leave doctors on their website that aren't working there anymore? If they can't even keep their website updated, can I trust them with my dental care? I had heard great things about this office but since Dr Jackson retired and sold his business things have changed a lot and not for the better.

Oh, I didn't know you were from the Dakotas. I worked up there and lived in Jamestown ND. If you want the feel of making an appointment and seeing a doctor that cares without all the MY CHART stuff. The second visit wasn't the same. Dr. Abernathy was the doctor on duty and it was the worst experience I've ever had at an ER. I literally saw the doctor for a maximum of about 30 seconds. He acted as though I was a bother and didn't have time for me. He was rude and abrupt. If I ever have to go back, my first question will be if doctor Abernathy is on duty. If so and I am able, I will immediately go to a different hospital
