They go the extra mile and provide their home phone numbers in case of emergency. They don't want their patients to wIt when they are having eye problems. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you are looking for a new set of glasses they offer a wide variety of frames and are helpful so you choose the best pair. Told office receptionist & she came back after supposedly talking to Dr Sellers & said he advised to wear for a week to make my eyes adjust to them. Called them to report I was unable to read books & after only an hour, glasses made me nauseous. I was told to continue wearing them & made me an appointment for a week later. Went to another optician to get a 2nd opinion. I was retested & found the prescription was wrong. Replaced lenses with correct prescription. When placing new glasses on with correct prescription I saw perfectly & am now able to read books as well. Called Family Vision & cancelled appointment. Asked if I could get some kind of refund if I returned the faulty lenses (used frames for new lenses). I was told "No". Dr Sellers said I should have "worked with them to get it right as it wasn't anything to get upset about". Really! I've worn glasses for more than 50 yrs & when receiving glasses they are to "fit" your vision, NOT have your vision adjust to a prescription that was clearly wrong & making the wearer nauseous along with unable to read. This was so WRONG!! You

We showed up per appt for annual checkups. We were informed at checkin that our appt was canceled & Dr Price was no longer associated w Wilson. If we wanted to remain w Wilson we could re-up w another Dr but appts were 4 months out into Oct. Inquiry as to why we were not contacted was not answered satisfactorily. We were told that attempts to contact us were unsuccessful. That's not true. We have communicated w Wilson on past via phone, text & email. No evidence on our end indicated any attempt to contact us. A call would have registered under Wilson name if missed. That hadn't happened. Text or email have not been received. We exited Wilson facility dissatisfied in search of a new optometrist. Wilson's handling of our account was unprofessional & disturbing. No more Wilson for us.​​

The order took more than a month to be filled, and I received the contact lenses only after repeated phone calls. Third, the lenses were the wrong prescription and had to be returned and re-ordered. Again, the order fulfillment took more than a month, and when I returned to obtain the new ones, they had lost my file--and asked whether I was confused about which optometry establishment I had been seen at(!) When sanity had been restored, I was handed my order with a very inadequate apology: "Sorry for the wait.". Nothing more. Why had I continued to deal with them? Because of the large chunk of cash I already had invested!

I waited for 10 minutes on the phone for the woman to tell me she couldn't find any info on me. I will never go back, total spent, just over 500 dollars.
