We just went to pick up his new glasses yesterday and they were so friendly and sweet, and worked with him to make sure they were fitting him properly. I received the glasses on July 17. Within a week one of the lenses fell out. I went back to Vision Hub and they made an adjustment. A week later lens fell out again. Finally on 3rd time they ordered new glasses on August 12. On September 3 I went to Vision Hub to ask about my glasses-have STILL not come in!! An employee told me a manager was not available but he would be sure to tell them I was pissed, and someone would call me back. September 4-I went back to Vision Hub, told same employee-OR ANYONE- has called me back. He told me the regional manager was coming in tomorrow(September 5) and would be bringing in my new frames- not what I was told was ordered on August 12! It is now September 5. No one has called me back-ever; I STILL do not have my glasses-I don't know for sure the new pair, a warranty replacement, was ever in fact ordered. I told the employee I was done with Vision Hub, that just wanted my new glasses-or my money back- and I will never spend another penny in that store!
