The whole staff is amazing!! We went there for the 1st time about 2 weeks ago and it was my child's first trip to the eye doctor. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Laird was so sweet and kind, and made sure she explained everything to him and how the testing worked. We just went to pick up his new glasses yesterday and they were so friendly and sweet, and worked with him to make sure they were fitting him properly. On June 28 I ordered prescription glasses from Vision Hub on Eglin Pkwy in Fort Walton Beach. They said it would take 7-10 days to come in. Paid $626. by Visa debit. I received the glasses on July 17. Within a week one of the lenses fell out. I went back to Vision Hub and they made an adjustment. A week later lens fell out again. Finally on 3rd time they ordered new glasses on August 12. On September 3 I went to Vision Hub to ask about my glasses-have STILL not come in!! An employee told me a manager was not available but he would be sure to tell them I was pissed, and someone would call me back. September 4-I went back to Vision Hub, told same employee-OR ANYONE- has called me back. He told me the regional manager was coming in tomorrow(September 5) and would be bringing in my new frames- not what I was told was ordered on August 12! It is now September 5. No one has called me back-ever; I STILL do not have my glasses-I don't know for sure the new pair, a warranty replacement, was ever in fact ordered. I told the employee I was done with Vision Hub, that just wanted my new glasses-or my money back- and I will never spend another penny in that store! read more

My first visit was tense, the Dr. didn't like me telling her my eye problems. Any how, she didn't listen to me and when I got my glasses I could tell they were wrong within minutes, went back 3 times since, told them the glasses were too big could I exchange them. On Monday Ashley said I could exchange them for a smaller pair and on my appointment Thursday she said it was over a month and she'll exchange them for $200. read more

On vacation, Needed contacts called them with my prescription and they told me to come down and got me seeing again!

The customer service experience there was one of the worst I have experienced... In a period of two weeks I left three messages on their phone service and it had no phone call. Returned to me. I have been a regular customer and that location for over 10 years. The only way I could get any service was to stop by the actual office and the time that I did, there was a sign tape to the door sorry employee meeting in progress office closed from 9 AM to 12 noon. That's just crazy and Ludacris. I had to resort to a phone call again with no results. Finally after three weeks of trying to get an appointment, I stopped by and actually caught them open. I made my appointment and had a successful eye exam. When I went to support the business by ordering contacts through them, their price was $40 per box higher than anywhere online. It would have cost me $80 to support that business. I chose not to do that as $80 means a lot of money to all of us. Overall, the customer service experience was honestly about as bad as it can get. read more

I lost my glasses in the ocean with no backup pair or contacts. Called them and they were able to provide a pair of contacts for me as soon as I came in with a prescription from my optometrist. Very helpful, understanding and nice! read more

We are here on vacation and I accidentally threw my son in-laws contacts away. I called them and they were so helpful. Down here at Okaloosa Island on vacation and *ahem* someone stepped on my brand new Oakley prescription glasses. I thought they were a total loss. I stopped into Palm Eye Care to see if I could get a cheap temporary pair to just get me back home. Instead, they fixed my broken pair free of charge. Unbelievable, friendly service in a clean, neat facility with plenty of parking. Highly recommended! read more

The best in town, I have been Dr. Thomas and Dr. Sharon patient for over 4 years now and they are really awesome, experienced and the best Optometrists in town. Dr. Sharon and Dr. Thomas are very patient with their eye exams and they always tries their best to make your eye glasses or contacts fits perfectly. I remember Dr. Sharon trying 5 sets of different contact lenses for over 2 months period until I was able to get the perfect contact fit. Dr. Sharon and Dr. Thomas facility is immaculate and very well organized and with a WIFI connection and courtesy coffee. I never had to waited over 10 minutes to get my turn in for the eye or contact exam, very fast service. Word of advice, if you have any difficulty or issues with the glasses or contacts, go directly back to Dr Thomas and Dr. Sharon and talk to them instead of going to any other facility to check the glasses or contacts.
