I requested Pearle send me his prescription, which they did, but the information needed by ENCHROMA was not immediately translatable from the prescription. I requested help from Pearle, they refused everything I asked and quoted HIPPA laws and told me that if I was a medical professional, I would be able to decipher the script. REALLY? That's the help I was asking for! They would not explain a thing to me, though I asked several times what certain things on the script meant and showed them exactly what information I required. They refused again and again to give me any information to help me understand what was written on the script, even though it was OUR information, stating that it was against the law, even after my son signed a HIPPA release. It was the most inconvenient and frustrating thing I've experienced from a business in a long while. Needless to say, I will no longer be a consumer in a place that cannot provide decent customer service and insults my intelligence to boot. I truly believe this was an effort to keep me from buying glasses elsewhere even though Pearle cannot provide what I need. BYE BYE Pearle! You lost me. I'm out.

I can't speak poorly enough of my experience with Dr. Miller. I made an appointment and was called…read moreright back and asked to come in earlier. Since I was working I said I would come as early as I could. When I arrived, I asked for my eyes to be dialated. The whole exam lasted about 6 minutes. The doctor mocked my response when I said I was having a hard time differentiating the colors and then went on a rant about jehovas witnesses. Also, never dialating my eyes. Gave me a bizarre prescription sent me out to the sales woman and to look at glasses while him and his staff packed up their things and left (it was 4:30.) A week later I went for a second opinion and they dialated my eyes and saw burst blood vessels and took my blood pressure that was 240/180 and sent me to the hospital where they addressed what was wrong. If Dr. Miller cared more about his patients and less about running out the door, maybe he would have been able to fix this earlier. I will continue to tell everyone what an awful doctor this man is.

That being said there are alot of bargains to be found here you just gotta know where to look. Don't let the breakaway sawzall blades and shattered drill bits scare you off, just head over to the safety aisle and grab up a pair of protective work gloves and some safety glasses which are coincidentally and conveniently alot cheaper here than at any of those big box stores.            And while I wouldn't exactly trust buying any big ticket rechargeable power tool kits here, I have grabbed up some decent deals on contractor garbage bags that could definitely come in handy in the unfortunate event that you did purchase any of these "one and done" tool kits. The same can be said for any of their pneumatic tools too only the failure mode with these is usually more of an exploding air hose, but no worries because duct tape is very affordable here so a quick fix across the ruptured hose and they'll be good as new, Lol!!     In all seriousness tools are directly related to my bottom line so I'm alot tougher on them than maybe someone else would be. And when all is said and done this place really does sell some pretty cool stuff at very affordable prices and in today's economic shituation we find ourselves in, that just might be their greatest offering in the entire tool box. Delivery service is a bit pricey, if you only need a few things, but they offer an option of a one-time annual fee of $100 (I believe) for free delivery. But I haven't wanted to shell out that much when I can visit in person for free. The pharmacy has also offered good service with helpful staff. Overall they offer good value for most products that I have needed.
