You must bring a driver who must stay on site three hours approximately- and so far they have been running behind about an hour each visit. There are then a shuffling group of seniors who do not have seats and are standing for 30-45 minutes with no chairs available. No places for drivers, who cannot leave, to work if needed. Several of the seats are directly under cold vents because the waiting room is apron 12 feet wide and 45 feet long. The patient I brought has not had negative issues so I have no comment on quality of care. So bring a camp chair and a blanket and a collapsible table - oh and snacks/cold beverages if you need. There is 1 bathroom and some coffee available, no surrounding facilities, if you were allowed to step out anyway, to get anything. Two stars because at least it's clean UPDATE: follow up next door, where the waiting area is 4x as large with 30 seats, very spacious. I imagine appointments here are 30-45 minutes?

Here, they provide an option of having a photo taken of eyes instead of dilation (at an extra cost). This was a welcomed alternative and saved us all a lot of time and tears, too. As someone who has never worn glasses, Dr. Best explained to me what she was doing and why, and answered any questions I had without a lot of medical jargon that would make me scratch my head in confusion. After the eye photos, she even had my son come over to look at the pics and ask her questions. He thought that was super cool. He (shockingly) told me as we left, "That was pretty fun, Mommy!" Whatttt?! We were seen very quickly and the appointment only lasted about 30 minutes, including picking out and purchasing new frames. Speaking of, there was a pretty big selection of youth frames, which was refreshing. They were all fairly affordable (most under $150) and ended up being fully covered by our insurance. Thrilled to have found this office, with high-tech exams, and highly empathetic staff.
