A week before my appointment, I realized I had overbooked myself with another Dr appointment and needed to reschedule. I called the office and the woman at the front desk argued with me stating I had already rescheduled this and she needed to know why I was doing so again. I explained I had not rescheduled, this was my first time calling the office but she did not believe me. I'm not sure why she was so argumentative or why this mattered. I ended up cancelling the appointment as this is no way to treat a new patient. There are plenty of other optometrists in the area that will have better customer service.

I looked up different eye places and saw that this office wasn't far from me and they looked really clean and professional. I gave them a call and asked them if I could just get my glasses there since I had already seen an optometrist and had my prescription. They said it was no problem at all and gave me their hours. I came in and it was a little busy which was expected since I didn't make an appt or anything since I was just getting glasses. They have such a huge selection!!! I was in glasses heaven! I tried on clear lenses and also sunglasses as well. I found my perfect pair. Looked at the price tag and ouch it was a $500 pair of sunglasses. Hahaha. I said to myself, dang it why do I have to have expensive taste? But knowing that my insurance would cover some of it I tried them on with the assistant that helped me and I fell in love. I never heard of Tom Fords but apparently they are a really good brand. They do have many other brands here that are higher end and mid end and lower end also. But they were overall very nice and professional. I will be coming here from now on and brining my kids here as well. Thank you guys for my amazing sunglasses!!!

We were scheduled within two weeks which was awesome. We got to meet with Dr. Macco, who was really friendly and along with her staff. They were diligent with scanning in our records from the previous doctor, doing all the routine eye exams, and helping us pick out eye glasses. They have more modern equipment than our last doctor, which is convenient so I don't have to go to a specialist too. They are located in the Bicycle shopping center, tucked in the back left corner. Their office has been open for a little over a year so they have a limited style selection of eye glasses. But it's a nice welcoming location with Lina and Vanessa to help as soon as you walk in. My husband was able to see Dr. Huntting for his annual check up and was also impressed with the modern technology they offered to do their exams with. When I've returned to their office to pick up or order another set of glasses, their staff already remembered who my daughter and I were. Amazing customer service!

He completely rushes to either get more patients in or doesn't care enough to spend time with the patient. Essentially it felt like my eye was being electrocuted to create breathing holes for a lense implants. I was pulling away unconsciously because it hurt, alot. He said if I kept doing it then I should reschedule which would postpone a surgery date. I said no, I wanted to do it it just hurt a lot. He didn't mention it would be painful. No words of comfort or reassurance that it was okay, just a I want to be done with you. I kept still with tears flowing out of my eyes and felt so degraded, it was the most barbaric experience. It is a serious level of vulnerability trusting someone with your vision. In this case higher knowledge and skill set does not equate higher consciousness.

They gave me best & worst case scenario up front so there would be mystery about how I could feel after LASIK. They did not want me to have any surprises. The staff called me prior to my surgery to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues and to remind my of the prescriptions I needed to take and how to take them. My mom and daughter were able to watch the procedure while it happened (remote TV screen). The staff was accomodating to them and answered their questions as the procedure was happening. The next day my vision was examined at 20/15 with no issues at all. The staff at Nevada Eye Consultants is unbelievable!!!!! I am glad I trusted my eyes to them.

Dr. Saboo was so friendly right off the bat, had such a sweet and gentle presence. She put him at ease from the get-go, and it was by far the best eye appointment I've been at! I may even switch myself over to her. She told me from the start that my insurance probably wouldn't cover the visit because they were out of network (I assumed that since the Kietzke office took our insurance, they would too, but I was wrong) and she was happy to cancel if that was a problem for us. I really wanted to get it taken care of, so we just went ahead. Man, I'm glad I did! This appointment was great all-around. Dr. Saboo is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, puts you at ease, and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions.
