When asked why he would not see him he tried to redirect the question and would not give us an answer. My dog was loosing an immense amount of blood and it was expressed multiple times we could not find any other care. When we asked what to do next the he told us that he should be fine if we just wrapped it up for the night or take him all the way to Nashville. If I had not gotten help from the local Humane Society my sweet Dallas would not be here today.

The lady working at the desk offered to check me in from outside when she saw me at the door, but not entering. I noticed she was not masked and when I enquired if the staff were masked inside she said, "no, we don't have to". Her flippant disregard really caused me pause and I asked if all staff were unmasked including the doctors and she answered affirmatively. I canceled my appointment and will find another vet. So confused why a medical facility would have such disregardm for their patrons safety during the height of the pandemic.

They let your dog run around and play with other dogs of similar sizes (while being monitored) for most of the day. The sleeping area is well lit and clean. They do not have a lot of dogs at the same time so your dog gets personal treatment. I felt like they gave me my money's worth and my dog is happy. The staff is great, super friendly. Plus, they post pics of your dog on Facebook so you can see them playing while you are away. Do use this kennel if you live near them.
