I was very impressed with the cleanliness and diligence of the facility. It actually smelled nice! The staff made sure to take down AND understand all of Roscoe's needs before we booked and again at drop off. But what was the best moment was when a staff member took his leash to lead him to his kennel. For the first time ever there was NOT a fight, hesitation or even a glance back! They have always been beautifully groomed and there has never been any issue with razor burns or injuries. There were problems with other salons I took my dogs to in the area. We have been faithful customers now for over 10 years. I would never go any where else. The claims that one lady made about cigarette burns on her dog has to be totally fabricated because no on there smokes. PetSmart is guilty of false advertising. They post two huge signs on their front doors saying…read more"BOGO toys and treats. Details inside." Ask the checkout clerk for the 'details'. She knows nothing. Tour the store and find only items for 'buy three get one free'. Go back to the checkout clerk to find the BOGO items. She now says the sign is in error, there are no BOGO items. Ask for manager (Kathryn) who will not honor the advertised BOGO offer. She acknowledges the BOGO sign and what BOGO means. And that the sign is wrong but she will not honor it. Nor will she take down the false advertisement. Of allow me to do so. Any store that knowingly posts a false advertisement (and refuses to correct it) deserves a full-blown boycott.

I really appreciated that small bit of communication. It made me more relaxed handing over my two fur babies to a new stranger. It had been 3 months since our 2 dogs had been groomed, usually it's a once a month date with the groomer. They came back to us looking like a million bucks. They looked and smelled great. I felt the prices were right, but the customer service team at the front desk needed to be a bit friendlier in my eyes. The girls seem a bit distracted and forgetful. I had to tell them how much I owed them. They undercharged me. But otherwise, I'll be a returning customer for a long, long time. I highly recommend Misty and Shear Perfection. Our first visit with her and her team was shear perfection!
