The store is located in The Walpole Mall with Old Navy, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble, Aspen Dental, and so many other stores. There are plenty of parking spaces. When I walked into Wines & More, I was surprised by how big the store was. It was very organized. On the left is The Gourmet Shoppe with dips and spreads, snacks, and other items. On the right and throughout the store, you'll find wine, spirits, beer, cider, mixers, and so much more. All the aisles are labelled. I came in looking for a particular Prosecco and I had checked on their website prior to make sure it was in the store. A staff member came up to me asking if I needed assistance. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he seamlessly bought me to it. I was so happy because I've been looking for it for a while. There were customers waiting in lime annoyed. I sat through her boring irrelevant story as she conducted my transaction. She was so loud that the other rep (younget blonde young lady) heard me say your son should have just ran the snake over as she made a comment thats what i said he should have done. When i entered tue store again to get wine I walked up to the same clerk and began to tell her that I wanted to get wine and use my rewards for salsa he told me shush. I immediately was caught off guard by the comment. As i startled for a second i the. Said in a calm voice dont you ever say that to me and no one else, its rude. She replied she was old a d i told her thats bot an excuse. After she rang me up i then proceeded to explain to her it was rude. She began to be angry told me she was done and didn't want to hear and began to walk away from the cash register while there were people waiting in lone to be serviced. She also said to me I said i was sorry in which she never did she said she was old. Then told me i was loud. All in all it was horrible and i spend my money here. The selection of liquor, wine and beer is enough to satisfy anyones needs, their prices are low and the staff are very helpful. They stock a variety of makes of rum, vodka, gin, tequila, etc as well as their own labels. On a recent trip I cam across Boru Vodka and Trader Vics Spiced Rum and enjoyed them both. I've tried some of the Palumbo label items such as the vodka and it is about what you'd expect from a discount brand. I think the vodka and rum selections contain the most brands. The beer selection runs the gamut from crap to premium and they have several micro-brews off to the left side of the main coolers. The bottle return is quick and unlike some other places they don't treat you like a second class citizen for bringing back your empties. The only issue I discovered was one micro-brew for sale that was 8 weeks past its stated good date. That was in the dry storage area of the store in the back by the returns. I've never had an issue drinking a beer past this date but since I never had this particular brand I wasn't going to start. The one beer they have to stop selling is Landshark, which is just terrible! I'm not much of a wine person but each time I go there I always see people with 3 or 4 bottles in their carts. I leave the wine selections up to my more refined friends. They are not open on Sundays so go there on a Saturday to stock up for the Pats games.

Finally, I did receive a reply thru their website in that they were looking into the issue, but they never replied again even after I pinged them several times.
