As far as the Physicians Assistant goes. Mine gave me her full attention, and brought the doctor in for a double check. I've only been once, and I'm still not entirely convinced it's the practice for me. But I'm holding judgement. We'll see if they can cure my current ills, and then I'll see how the conduct a physical exam. - - - Upgraded to 4* after my physical exam. It took a while to get an appointment with Dr. Panza. But it was worth it. She spent plenty of time with me, gave me a thorough exam. The best part. The blood work was done on premise, immediately. So my cholesterol results were delivered to the good doctor within minutes of being drawn from my arm. Hard to call that good news, now that I am on a self inflicted draconian diet. But it was tres impressive.

Many times over the last 4-5 years I've been a patient I've waited much too long. Respect for patients time and appropriate scheduling could be improved significantly. This opportunity is specifically when I'm seen by PA's at the office. However I have to say my doctor listens to me, answers my questions thoughtfully and is efficient with our time once we are together. I am grateful for the care and I would recommend them to others. Also fun fact this place seems to only employ women. It's all female doctors, PA's and nurses. I like that. #whorunstheworld

I feel he is the best urologist I could ever find. Unfortunately the office operation is the worst most disorganized system you can imagine. You cannot leave a message for the Doctor directly. Twice this past 6 months I have left messages on the nurse call back option and no return calls and no response on the patience portal. During the 1st bad experience at the end of all the options, you could reach a person in the reception area which a did and after 5 days of no response. Today the option does not exist, I had to press the number for a hospital or doctors line to speak to a live person which I did after 4 days of no response to both my voice message and patient portal. I their effort to save money they have taken a great doctor/patient relationship to the lowest level of health service. Robert S.

You can never get in on a same day emergency visit when needed. There's little to no follow up. And I have to call twice almost always on calls/messages I leave. I know all doom and gloom, but otherwise the majority of staff itself is very friendly and pleasant. Corporate rules and guidelines are the trouble here.

I get a call telling me all this and offering to reschedule out another 2 months. Then when I asked to be switched to another doctor I was told they didn't know how to do that and that I should look into finding another doctor's office altogether. these people are the absolute worst when it comes to being professional and treating their patients with the respect they deserve and taking the issues they are dealing with serious and they don't do any of this. My dog's veterinarian is more professional than this gaggle of half-ass medical so-called professionals. Don't go here do yourself a favor and find an office where the doctors actually care and treat you with the respect you deserve.

She called months after a positive pregnancy test just to check on me (we had switched to another practice just due to convenience) and make sure I was in good hands regardless of whether I'd be a return patient. The practice itself schedules last-minute and walk-in appointments on request and is in a convenient location.

She's an outstanding provider. She treats the mind, body, and soul of each patient rather than just their diagnosis. This is a great quality to have as a doctor and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend Internal Medicine & Linda to anyone. I was nervous changing providers but switching to Linda is like a breath of fresh air. My old doctor does not even compare to Linda. All of the nurses at this location are excellent as well. Being a nurse myself I always expect for the nurses to be exceptional and at this location they are nothing less than that. I was very happy with my visit and my experience. They also have an online portal that you can sign up for and review all of your labs, appointments, make/change/cancel appointments, request prescription refills, etc. Wicked convenient. Instead of making a thousand phone calls all of the information you need is just a few clicks away. I took away one star because the parking isn't optimal.
