We live around the corner from Walter Knoll and are huge fans. We have a monthly subscription for my mom, we've been with them for about a year and a half, and they've been awesome. Way better than the corporate online companies. They are so easy to work with, change deliveries, and in general have fantastic customer service. If you're looking for a flower subscription, this is your place. Their location is always clean and smells SO nice. They also have literally anything you could ever need. I love that they sell by the stalk so you can literally build out any bouquet you want. And the prices are so fair. Customer service is always so nice and helpful, I really feel like they love their jobs. They always make me want to work here!! Such a cool, unique spot. customer service is outstanding. However if you place an order a week in advance ask for pictures of your product. The flowers I received may look good. But they are not what I requested at all. I asked for dark blue/navy blue, with white, silver and gold accents. Gold and Silver accents are barely there at all, and they give me light blue nearly baby blue flowers. The price isnt worth it at all. Boutonniere was extremely small for 35$. and Corsage had way too much green in it, if they feel like it they will do what YOU requested their OWN way. Note: They didn't even give me a blue flower on the boutonniere, I had to ask for it after the handed it to me, said I didn't order that on there when I know damn well I did because my whole theme is blue. Very very rushed product, took about 30 minutes tops for atleast a 1.5 hour job. I paid 70$ for what I didn't ask for, too late to get a refund because prom is tomorrow and they totally botched it. My wife received a bouquet recently from this Walter Knoll location. It has a nice, pretty assortment of flowers. The driver said to be sure to add water every day, which we have been doing. BUT we soon noticed the purple tulips going limp and drooping down, bud not even opening. Turns out the stems were cut away too short, so the purple tulip stems were bone-dry, several inches above the water. If seems to me like a Florist 101 thing to ensure that all the flowers are in the water. Perhaps that's a downside of the opaque vase that they came in. read more
