They released my mom's ashes to the wrong person, even after I repeatedly confirmed who they were supposed to go to, and the director/owner agreed to this (and after I paid for the cremation myself). This wasn't just a simple mistake--it was a huge failure in responsibility, especially at such a sensitive time. The most upsetting part is that they didn't even offer an apology or show any accountability for their mistake, and zero empathy from the director/owner when I brought the error to their attention. Losing a loved one is hard enough, but the mishandling of my mom's remains only made things more traumatic. I really hope no one else has to go through what I did. Please think twice before trusting them with your loved ones.

However Mr Peterkin handled everything well and it was very reasonable. It's like you are Shell Shocked from the loss of your loved one and you just want everything taken care of for you. And that's what Mr Peterkin was able to provide me. Nobody's perfect but he was always in touch and it made a big difference to me during a very tough time and sadly, it doesn't get easier. But Mr Peterkin really did a great service for me handling everything and did a great job in a very reasonable price and he was completely understanding and nice.
