We had our company party at Walton's Games this past weekend and it was AWESOME! All ages attended (families were welcome), and it was such a great environment for everyone. They have a kitchen available so we could bring in our own food, plus plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. The staff was incredibly accommodating -- they checked on us several times throughout the event, were so easy to work with, and scheduling was an absolute breeze. Fabulous experience for my son's 10th birthday party!!! The owner Adam was so gracious and communicative! It's a great alternative to all the regular party spots. It's a small business, so I was happy my money was spent here! The boys played arcade games, pinball, skee ball, pop a shot, and virtual car games. Also, we had a kitchen with a large screen tv so the boys could pop in to have pizza and watch a football game. We had the whole place to ourselves and were not hurried out when our 3 hours were up. Thanks Adam! Please note that the Adam bought the business 1 year ago, so the older, not so great Yelp reviews were under a different owner. I would never recommend buying from this company. We bought a megatouch machine years ago that needed repair. It took them 8 months to come out and take the machine with them to do the repairs. A month later I get a phone call from the owner, Bruce, saying that he had a customer that is interested in the machine and if we'd be willing to part with it so he can sell it to someone else, he would the replace our machine with a new one. I agreed. This was around Christmas last year and we still don't have an answer on where the megatouch is. The lady that answers the phone gives more stories than mother goose on where it's at, when it's been ordered, he's out of town, she's out of town, etc... But to get a phone call from the owner and have him lie directly about his intentions is pretty bad. If you have another option of where to purchase from, take the other option!!!! This company leaves much to be desired in customer service, and integrity. All the way to the top. read more

Be very careful when purchasing anything from this place! We bought 8 pool tables and paid for installation, and that is where things started to go wrong. The tables were reasonably priced, but the installation was a horrible experience and continues to be. Their table tech was not physically able to assemble the tables correctly, nor did he have the correct equipment to do the job, but told me repeatedly they were "perfect". After installation, I called them back to come make tweaks, and was told that they 'heard' I moved the tables and would have to charge me per table to level them and complete the correct installation. After convincing them I had no means to move the tables nor any reason to move them, they sent the same tech down. He did some work on some of the tables, actually making some of them worse, and told me that 'they are as good as they are going to get'. I ended up having to hire a real table tech to come in and get the tables dialed in as well as possible without completely tearing them apart and rebuilding them. I placed a review on Google about my experience, and after two months, the owner called me and asked me to remove the review, because he did not like having bad reviews on his business. I told him again what the problems were on the tables and what still needed done to make them right, and he promised that he would send someone out to take care of that. That was over six weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. It is apparent that Bruce Walton is not concerned about customer service once he gets his money from you, nor does he make good on promises he may throw at you. Beware, Cincinnati; buy your pool tables elsewhere. read more

I would NEVER buy anything from them again. I bought a brand new 80's reunion full sized arcade game from them for thousands of dollars. Within 6 months the joystick wasn't working properly. There was a one year warranty on the machine. They sent a repair man who replaced it with another joystick that didn't work. He told me he didn't have any other joysticks in his van and I'd have to call the service department. For MONTHS I kept calling and they kept telling me they were very busy and would get back to me. They never did and my warranty was about to run out. I finally spoke with the OWNER who assured me it would get fixed. It's been years now that have gone by and even though I kept calling and reaching out to the owner, as recently as this past Dec, they will not return my calls or DM's. At one point when I first spoke to the owner way back back in the beginning he told me the joystick wasn't that important and I could just play the games with then "ball" apparatus (the ball you use when playing centipede). Can you imagine trying to play PacMan or Donkey King like that? This company is only interested in your money and NOT supplying a quality product or service center. I had wanted this machine every since I was a little girl and now every time I walk into my family room a stare at a machine that only worked right for 6 months and their promises of repair were lies.
