A lot of the town was closed but I had a very nice at Nancy's which sells all sorts of Native American crafts. The store is huge and every inch of space from the front porch into the store is crammed with clothing, dream catchers, pottery, baskets, accessories, hats, shoes, blankets, and bags. I will always remember how I attended a Pow Wow in Florida and the Native American speaker urged support for Native American crafts. He said that if you wanted your dream catchers to work, then they had to be authentically made by Native Americans, Walmart wasn't going to cut it. The dream catchers here, created in every hue of the rainbow, are so authentic that they include a card that tells you the name of the Native American artist who made it. The prices were also at least half of what was being charged at the pow wows I have attended. This is the place to shop if you too are in love with Native American crafts.

Not much has changed on the outside but what used to be department stores are now being repurposed and that's Bryant's Antique Mall has done. Three floors of, well, a little bit of everything. Nice antiques, nostalgia from all eras, lots of glassware, some cool furniture, old farm equipment, books, old cameras, just a nice blend. Pricing is set by the individuals who rent the booths so you might find the same thing in several booths at different prices so it pays to look around. All 3 floors are full and nicely arranged with plenty of room to walk around in so plan to be there for while if you want to see everything. The upstairs even has a discount area with all items marked down. It's a really cool building but no public restrooms so if go you might want to stop by the Public Restrooms which are only about a 2 minute walk from Bryant's. They have a sign when you walk in the door with directions. There were 2 gentlemen there on my last visit that were helpful and will answer your questions and help you load larger items you purpose. It's a very cool store so check it out!

The selection of goods is unique, the price is very fair for the items they keep in stock. They have everything from crystals to smudge sticks to body products, a lovely selection of books, some tarot items, other eclectic and interesting curiosities and gift options... and a very cool array of non-alcoholic wines, canned beverages with mushrooms and CBD. They just opened a tea room upstairs which has lots of extra books and a couch that made me want to sit and buy a beverage and read for hours (I can't wait to see what it evolves into). My only regret is that I didn't have more money to spend; it's definitely a 'please just take my money, I want to give it to you' type of place. I saw a necklace on display I was interested in. It was like $19 or something. Then after admiring it and deciding to get it, he piped up and said "that price is just for the chain you know, not for the pendant. The pendant is $60." Well you could have spoken to me more quietly, you also could have told me that from the beginning when I was looking at it and physically examining it, and why wasn't there a tag on the pendant but there was on the chain? Not cool. Made me feel like it was a little shady. Not sure if I'll be back.
