Cheaper than others and has a 6pm so we bought tickets and walked half a mile fr our hotel and made it there. Process was smooth in buying tickets online. It wasn't crowded and everyone stayed upstairs to see the view. There are snacks and drinks available to purchase downstairs and affordable. The ride took 90 mins and we saw the sunset. The narration is hard to understand but we soak the nice view in and enjoyed the ride.

I understand that as a business you need to make a profit- they don't confirm the tour unless they have 15 people. However, that makes it frustrating as a customer. Our purchase request was for Saturday at noon. However, there was no status update prior to Saturday. I called at 10:20am the day of to see if it was still happening but was told that they wouldn't know until 11am. I then called back again at 11:15am and they still couldn't tell me if the tour was happening. They ended up calling at 11:25am to say it was cancelled (only 5 minutes before their 11:30am check in time). This business model leaves customers waiting literally until the last few minutes which makes it hard for anyone visiting for the weekend to enjoy their time and plan their day accordingly.

We received a Groupon for this, and yet even with the discounted price, we didn't really feel it was worth the cost. Had we actually paid $38 retail price for this, I would have been extremely disappointed. Their website had technical issues when trying to redeem our purchase. When we finally got through, the "app" was really just a link to an online survey site that asked you questions and you filled in the answers. It was really this low-tech website that made us feel as if it was a cheap experience. As for the questions themselves, some of them were interesting at best and some of them were very easy. This might make it nice for a family with young children, but for a group of adults, we didn't find it challenging enough. I did, however, enjoy some of the corny jokes and random facts. There was also some obvious advertising in it, which, again, made it feel like a cheap experience. Overall, I'd say if you're willing to pay the money, it makes for an interesting stroll through Big Bear. Otherwise, it's not a "must do" experience. As I mentioned before, this was not our first scavenger hunt experience, and if I were to rank all the scavenger hunts we have done, this would probably rank the lowest.

Unfortunately, due to a mistake on our end when marking our calendar, we missed our original booking date. We absolutely acknowledged and took full responsibility for the error, and respectfully reached out to Big Bear Zipline to explain the situation and see what options were available to salvage the experience. As shown in the attached screenshots, we approached the situation kindly, respectfully, and understanding that businesses must balance policies with customer service. We shared that we were not asking for a free experience, but simply hoped for some understanding given the circumstances and the significant payment we had already made. Despite our efforts to find a middle ground, the business remained firm, reiterating that although they "have compassion," they would not accommodate further without additional payment. While we respected their right to enforce their policy, the interaction felt very transactional, and sadly did not reflect the spirit of hospitality we had hoped for when planning a meaningful family trip. We received one email when we purchased the tickets two months ago and one phone call 10 minutes before our scheduled reservation. In the end, it may have been a blessing in disguise. We explored other activities around Big Bear that felt incredibly welcoming, fun, and family-oriented -- experiences that created beautiful memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We share this review not out of anger, but to offer honest feedback: mistakes happen, and sometimes, a little flexibility and kindness could leave a much bigger, positive impact on families looking to create lasting memories.

At no point did I ever feel in danger and everything was run very smoothly and most importantly fun. There's a pouch that you're given that attaches to the harness, so you can bring your phone and take pics/vids. Loved that I had a secure place for my phone. Bathrooms and water are available at the main office as well as the basecamp before you get harnessed up, so you don't have to worry about bio issues.

They are also quick responders to any questions. Every aspect of the experience has been perfected. I don't know much about astronomy and figured this tour would help point out some constellations for us. It was SO much more, full of Tony's impassioned stories from different cultures about the stars . His enthusiasm is contagious and knowledge is impressive. The tour is totally unscripted yet packed with great stories and just the right amount of interaction. It is a great and inspiring story how the business was developed. They offer drinks and snacks as well as blankets and gravity chairs, with flameless candles lighting where to step. The two other highlights for us were the UFO military grade goggles that make the stars and planets pop as they did for our ancestors, prior to light pollution. The equipment is clearly state of the art. The slow exposure portrait Tony takes at the end is absolutely beautiful and frameable. I left wanting to do further research on the stars, and would repeat these tours again for sure.

Hi guys! This is a long-waited review--almost a year later. She is truly the best. I went to Big…read moreBear for my birthday getaway, rented a cabin, and my friends and now-fiancé surprised me with this experience. When I say we were taken care of, we were really taken care of. She even threw in some extras, which meant a lot. I booked a package that included champagne, glasses, and chocolate-covered strawberries--it was very cute and intimate. I also had hot rocks, which were great. There was one service we were really looking forward to that we didn't receive (not sure if it was forgotten), but her customer service was so amazing that it honestly didn't even feel right to complain. I also did cupping. I suffer from severe lower back issues (L4-L5) and was very nervous because of past experiences, but although I was sore, it ended up being one of the best cupping experiences I've had. I've gone back regularly since, referred a few friends, and will definitely be returning again in 2026. Lastly, I added a sound bath. My fiancé was very skeptical, but after that experience, we now attend sound bath groups together and truly enjoy them. It was such a healing and peaceful experience. You really can't find good people and service like this anymore--please come here. The only downside is that the space is small, so if you come with a group, some people may need to wait in the car. The good part is there are nearby spots like a bar, pizza place, arcade, and bowling to pass the time.

10/10 Massage Experience - Highly Recommended!…read more We booked Soothing Canna Massage & Wellness as an anniversary gift, and the entire experience was perfect from start to finish. Communication was fast and easy -- they replied quickly to texts and were able to schedule us within about two weeks. We had Selia and Erin as our massage therapists, and both were incredible. * Erin did a deep-tissue massage for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. He said she has amazing hands -- strong, firm, and very skilled. She focused on his back and hip pain and did an excellent job. * Selia did my soft-tissue massage, and she was amazing as well. She used essential oils and CBC, and the whole experience was so relaxing that I fell asleep twice. Our two-hour massages felt like they flew by -- in the best way possible. Everything was extremely clean, professional, and calming. The sheets were fresh, they used a warming pad, and the whole setup felt spa-level. The best part? They came directly to our cabin, making it so convenient and comfortable. My husband and I get monthly massages, and this is honestly one of the best experiences we've ever had. Worth every dollar. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended -- professional, reliable, and truly outstanding service.
