Forget this place. I'm not happy at all. Went in with tooth pain, they said it's probably a loose filling. They couldn't pin point the exact location. So they just drilled out & re-did two fillings. Didn't spend time to locate my pain. "We'll just re-do the area" After drilling out my composite, I was told I had a large pocket now & if I have pain after this fix I will need a root canal. Well, three months later I had pain. & I didn't go back for a year, I didn't want a root canal. I went back in, he did a myriad of tests to see why my tooth hurt. Cold test, stress test etc. more x-rays & ended up saying "I don't know what to do for you" and it was my sinuses causing me pain. Go to my doctor. So for my next cleaning I just didn't go. I was upset and just confused. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, surly first ever cleaning my hygienist questioned me when I told her I wasn't on any medication. Saying "are you sure you're not taking anything? Your mouth seems dry" I had already told them, I wrote down all supplements I was taking & Im not on any prescriptions. She was questioning me. Very unprofessional[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. She also only hand scraped & flossed. No polish, no fluoride. Weeks later I get a $50 bill for not going to my appointment. A month later an $80 bill. It had $30 interest tacked on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I eventually paid the $80. But I asked the receptionist if she could remove the $30 interest and I just pay the $50 no show fee. She replied they never added any interest. Yet they did. I have the bill. So, when locate the bill I will post a photo of it[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After explaining all my issues the receptionist said "well you should have had Dr. (other dentist) Work on you" I didn't know who worked on my teeth. it was over a year. She made me feel Like it's MY fault![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I cannot believe the incompetence. So, I went to Velis dental, they were very professional and knew exactly the cause of my pain after listening to me. Gave me that thin ink film, I bit down, and they shaved some tooth down and my life has been pain free ever since. A simple tooth shaving because the composite from Wandermere Family Dental wasn't shaped/shaved down enough. read more

I live in California and travel to Spokane to have Dr. Morris do the dental work I need. I have had a lot of dental work done through the years and have had several bad experiences with dentists so I am very apprehensive about getting dental work done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr. Morris is different. He truly cares about each patient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to work out the best solution for the individual. I have had root canals, a crown and a bridge replacement by him and have not had a problem with any of them; all of it has been perfect. The practice was purchased by Dr Joel Morris in 2024, but the same standard of care is practiced. Sonja has been my hygienist for over four years, and under her guidance my checkups have been a source of pride for me. She is extremely gentle while being thorough, polite as all get out, and informative as she's performing the cleaning. Where to begin, oh my goodness, kindness in comfort and understanding the greater population is uncomfortable and or nervous to be having someone inside their mouth. We found this dental office on our own but soon after becoming patients there found out many of our friends families also are patients. We found this dentist in the previous location behind the North Target, where many medical professions still practice. I do not know how long ago that was? Except to say I have three adult children who were treated so well by Dr. Mark Woodward and staff, in their transition from The Children's Choice Pediatric Dentistry it must have been a long time, like maybe two decades? We have always received high quality, consistent service. My oldest daughter, who is married with her own daughter now, is currently still treated here even though it is not close to where she lives. Incidentally, her husband grew up in a family that are also patients here. It is expensive, yes, but for the quality of medicine, treatment, comfortable atmosphere, and welcoming attitudes of the 'family' of employees here you are investing in your future health. And I am sure is competitively priced. I recently called to check how old the two bridges I have were, and was quickly given the answers, one in 2014 and the other in 2011. My current dentist thought it might be helpful with insurance to know the age of a bridge we may need to replace due to a large cavity I have developed. We moved across the State so are unable to be treated by Windermere Family Dentistry currently. We plan to Retire in Spokane in 6-7 years, if Dr. Woodward is still practicing we will return. I had been a patient of this place with my 5 person family for over 8 years. Terribly dissapointing in the way we were treated. Their billing practice is very sketchy, watch your bills carefully! They like to audit you years later and claim you owe money. If you do not pay, even when you are disputing the bills, they will send you to collections. Also, they do not disclose if they are in network or not. Please chose a different dentist, there are plenty to chose from. By the way, dentist should not work on children, very little methods to keep it painless. Better places to chose! read more

Dr. Woodward has chosen an incredible team and they have fun together! Their office is peaceful, but laughter is heard in the hallways...always a good sign. Their financial coordinator helped me get the most from my benefits and made a great office even better. Dr. W is gentle, knowledgeable, and fun to converse with...he loves the outdoors! Stellar office with caring staff...they even sent a card to me with everyone's signatures when they heard my mom passed away. Well done Dr. W! The work itself was great, but the way I was treated was horrible. This place is a scam. They had a different employee taking care of their billing every time I was in there. Super inconsistent. They failed to let me know that my next two appointments were not going to be covered by my insurance, with a following $900.00 bill that I had to pay out of pocket. I came in the next day to pay it- I told the receptionist I was NEVER coming back and she decided to tell me I was being mean to her on the phone. Give me a break- you guys are HORRIBLE and just want people's money. You guys don't give a shit about your patients. Lastly, let people know what they will be owing. I couldn't agree more with Krista G. review. I left them over a year ago because of the same "auditing" practice. Their auditing system came after me for a procedure that was done 6 months prior saying it was undercharged. I reluctantly paid it. .just didn't want to deal with the headache. Their estimates never equal their actual bill. Steer clear of this place. I have now found a great ethical dentistry and couldn't be happier. read more
