Finding a dentist can be a challenge but I have felt comfortable and confident in since my first visit to with Dr. Hill. First and foremost, the entire staff is truly accommodating. They were patient with my questions, thoroughly explained treatment options, and never rushed me into any decisions. They prioritize patient understanding and comfort, which is incredibly reassuring. They are incredibly understanding of my physical limitations and difficulties I face being paralyzed and in a wheelchair. I alwsys fèel welcome and at ease and never embarrassed or frustrated. Their willingness to work around my limitations lraves me at ease which in turn makes my dental care anxiety free. The entire team contributes to a positive experience. All the hygienist are excellent - thorough and efficient while also being gentle and provided guidance to improve my home dental routine. Finally, the support staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they are always happy to help with insurance questions or anything else I need. They create a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hill to anyone looking for a dentist who is accommodating, painless, and surrounded by a fantastic team. We highly recommend Dr. Hill and his exceptional staff. With this staff, quality aesthetic workmanship go hand in hand with comfort care. I have had the privilege of working with hygienist, Courtney who really takes an interest in my dental health and has gently inspired me to improve my home dental care, even at my age. I have been going to Dr. Hills office for two years now. Before my first visit, I hadn't been to a dentist in roughly 7 years. The staff at Dr. Hills office were more than welcoming, and I in no way felt 'judged' or otherwise uncomfortable for not having been to a dentist in so long. Dr. Hill and his staff are accommodating, and more than willing to explain what they are doing and why at every step of the visit. They even made me feel comfortable during a cavity filling! I have even connected with one of the amazing hygienists (Shawna) outside of the office - turns out her and I go to the same spin class! I hadn't been to see a dentist in over a decade, but when I walked into Dr. Hill's office I was met with warm, honest and kind faces that catered to my every anxious step. Not once did I feel shamed or looked down upon because of my decade long hiatus from getting to a dentist. Shawna, my hygienist for the day, was informative, patient and a delight to chat with. Dr. Hill and his entire staff are outstanding. They always make you welcome and comfortable. Dental visits are difficult for a lot of people, but this staff puts me entirely at ease. Not only is their work great, but they take the time to explain what and why they are doing each procedure. Beginning with Debi and Johnnie in the front office and continuing with Olivia, Shawna, Susan, and Bethny, it is a competent and caring group. My hygienist, Olivia, is absolutely tremendous. I've been a patient here for many years. Very nice staff. Clean. Just a pleasant and friendly environment! Dr. Hill and his staff are very professional & informative. I once went in for 4 fillings, a 2hr appointment, and Dr. Hill talked me through what they were doing step by step as they were filling my cavities. Dr. Hill knew it'd make me more comfortable. Dr Hill has been our dentist since he bought the practice from Dr Freuen. We were concerned when Dr Freuen announced he was going to retire, but Dr Hill is great! All the support staff are still there. Everybody is friendly, efficient and professional. And I appreciate that there are complimentary beverages in the waiting room.
