We've been using Wanderpups for cat-sitting for over 2 years and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Just a few of the reasons include: a) Easy booking through an online portal, which also allows you to create a detailed profile for your pet including info such as feeding schedules, medications, temperament, etc. b) Reasonable pricing. c) Excellent customer service and responsiveness to questions, schedule change requests, etc. d) Detailed updates after each cat-sit visit including photos. But the thing that really sets Wanderpups apart is the amazing care from their team of dedicated pet-sitters. Our cat is not the most cuddly or affectionate guy. He's wary of strangers. But we have been lucky enough to have a handful of repeat sitters, and each one has gone above and beyond to make friends and gain his trust. It has been amazing to see how much he has come out of his shell. Now, instead of hiding under the bed when they visit, he comes out to greet them, allows them to pet him, and gives them lots of headbutts (basically cat-speak for "I love you, you're my friend"). This review is overdue because we've been using them for nearly 2 years now, but I have to sing the praises of Wanderpups! We've been lucky enough to have a wonderful regular dog walker (Onat) and have also had good experiences with the other walkers & substitutes. It's been really easy to communicate with them because they use the TimetoPet app to manage all scheduling and payments. When we need to make a change we just open the site and make adjustments as needed. We also get notified if there will be a substitute walker. Our dog can be very nervous when meeting new dogwalkers and can be a little stubborn on walks, so he's not the easiest dog to handle, but Wanderpups treats him so well. We also use them for cat check-ins when we travel and they actually stay and play with our cat which is much appreciated because our cat is very social and loves attention. They also send a note and a photo after every walk/visit, which is such a joy to receive during the weekday! read more

We've been using Wanderpups for almost a year on a daily basis Monday through Friday and absolutely love their team. The walkers that have been taking care of our dog Denver have been great. They send lots of photos and customize their notes for us based on what we want. Their times do vary when they do give a range, but it's usually within the same 1-2 hour span, nothing ridiculous. When life happens and a walker has an incident and cannot make it for whatever reason (VERY rare occurrence), the admin team is on it to get a replacement! This is what sets them apart from using Rover or other similar walkers...no replacement if they cannot make it. Wanderpups is one of the best things that has happened to my dog since that time a neighbor feed him some freshly grilled lamb under the table a few years ago. I've had walkers in the past who were very good people but not the most reliable or punctual, and I never knew what time my dog had been out or whether there were any issues or concerns about his health or behavior. Since starting with Wanderpups, I know exactly when he's been out, what he did, and how he seemed. This has been a godsend because in the last 6 months we've struggled with age-related arthritis, stomach, and surgery issues and I have been able to get ASAP vet appointments due to the update I get from our Wanderpups walker. Our walker has even cut walks short due to weather (heat/cold) or if she thinks he's in pain that day she'll spend part of the "walk" just hanging out with him. I've been using Wanderpups for about 5 months, and they've been great. I have a reactive pit bull who is a snuggle bug inside but is super anxious when she sees another dog on leash.
