This company does not do 30 mins dog walking. We paid them to do 30 mins. They have cheated…read moreseveral time. Most average time they walk the dog on 10 t0 15 mins. Sometimes 20 mins. The manager is not a trustable and careless about dogs. Mark does not really get involved much to see how things going. Only get message from manager. I would like not recommend them. We are happy with another company and no issue since. They also included taking pictures, videos and tracking map of dog walking.

We moved every year all over NW DC and made sure Mike was able to still be our walker before I signed on the dotted line. I'm obsessed with my dog and had to be sure Mike could still be our guy - he's that good. Mike was flexible if I needed to work late to swing by and help me out. He covered on weekends too. He had someone all lined up in case he was sick or needed a vacation and always told me well in advance when possible. He's a true professional. My dog absolutely loves him! I think that's what matters most to me. Mike was prompt, responsible, reasonably priced, patient if I forgot to leave the check, responsive to my emails, attentive when my dog had an upset stomach (I asked him many times to "check the consistency"), kept great and clear records of his walks and my dog's bathroom habits and all around made my life easier. Mike may have made my life easier, but he made my boy's day every day. He is a healthier, happier dog which makes me a happier dad. Basically, I'm loyal and it's all about relationships. I have not been disappointed! Patrick and Adam have been great with my 2 dogs who have different needs. One is an active rescue mutt who loves a good long walk, and the other is an English Bulldog 1+ yr old puppy with lots of energy but not a lot of walking stamina who just recently had ACL and meniscus surgery! Saving Grace Brookland has been responsive, accommodating, flexible, and helpful in adjusting to our various needs over the past 9 months since we started with them. They are responsive to emails, and leave a daily update about their visit in a notebook at my house. Overall great, can't say enough nice things! Glad they are in the neighborhood for my doggos!

My dog had such a great time here!…read more A little backstory. My Olde English bulldog had ACL and patella surgery almost four weeks ago. He isn't putting much weight on the leg yet and it still can be tender. PPC scheduled a google conference call with me ($5 to avoid no shows) to get details on what he needs during a groom. I spoke with Melissa and let her know my concerns about putting weight on and to stress that the groomer needs to be gentle with his leg. She assured me everything will go at my dog' pace and even let me check him in at the front door as stairs can be difficult still. I went ahead and booked the appointment, and am so happy I did. Drop off was very easy and convenient for me to drop off early morning and go back home to take meetings. I picked up my dog a few hours later. He was clean, smelled great and was so happy! I received his report card later that evening and was pleasantly surprised to see how detailed it was and that 4 wonderful people were involved with the grooming. Especially thankful for the time it took to sand his toes on his bum leg!! My dog had such a great time there he was worn out the rest of the day. I know he can't wait to go back! We've been having a tough time cutting our shy puppy's nails. She's very timid and doesn't love her…read morenails trimmed, but we sent her to Patrick's and she was clearly treated well and with care and was so happy. She smelled great, had her nails trimmed and had the cutest bandana on! Great to have a spot in Brookland. A little pricey but knowing the staff is taking their time and being gentle with a shy pup is worth it! Will definitely be sending our little girl back!
