I booked a transformation cut so we had time to discuss and go over photos. Sahara honestly came in with an attitude and at one point scoffed "there's a lot going on here" (well, yeah, transformations are a big deal). She cut the bangs as shown in the photos which was not what we discussed at all. When I expressed displeasure she went and got a different employee who refused to validate my concerns but tried to clean it up and then hurriedly ushered me out without rescheduling (guess I'm banned now). Anyways, if you want bangs, do NOT go here. They used the excuse that Sahara was not confident cutting bangs (but didn't bother contacting me in advance to reschedule my appt and were happy to let her cut these). I am deeply disappointed in this business. I booked an appointment for a same day color/cut. In…read moredriving to this studio, there was an absurd amount of construction traffic so I called and let them know we were about 10-15 mins behind. I was told this was fine and nothing else was mentioned about me running late (no terms of service, etc.). Upon arriving, I was told they double booked my slot and they attempted to move me out 1.5 hours due to being 15 mins late. I was 15 mins behind on the dot. Please note - I am two weeks postpartum, attending the appointment with my husband and newborn, AND called to ensure my later arrival was okay for the salon. Had I known I would be disregarded for my original appt time, I wouldn't have booked the slot. This information was not given over the phone when outreached. The only reason I am giving a star is because they at least refunded my deposit amount. I will not be coming here again and would not recommend this service to others based on my experience.
