This campground is somewhat small but offers a whole lot and all staff members I have encountered were professional courteous and attentive to my needs as if I were staying at a hotel of four or five stars. it offers many activities and players for children has to dog parks. We rented a cabin it was a little on the expensive side however it does have all the amenities one could ever ask for you don't need to bring anything from home except your food and drinks, and even your food can be ordered from their kitchen and delivered to your campsite. The pool is somewhat small but very clean and plenty of chairs. If I were driving a very very very large camper I would find it difficult to navigate however I am not so I won't comment any further on that. It's parking situation is more than sufficient for my needs having just an SUV. You can see the sunset even though you're surrounded by trees it's very nice it feels like you're in a wooded area even though you're just minutes from the highway. I would recommend this camping area to anyone who needs a short getaway.

I love this place. Owners are so helpful and the Park is always clean. Love the pizza - they deliver to the pool or your campsite. 66KJ5.

Everything was clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. They also wonderfully accommodated late arrivals leaving the paperwork and instructions in the lobby. They also have nice grounds and a nice looking pool. Spots are well marked and easily accessible as a pull-through. They had full hookups for everything you'd need. They had good Wi-Fi to boot. I cannot say enough nice things. A really well run place. We liked this place enough that we altered our plans on the way home to intentionally stop here again.

After 3 phone calls over one week, we were able to get in contact with them about the additional fee. The staff and management were exceptionally rude especially Missy, who introduced herself as the manager. Initially, they said it was a pet fee that wasn't mentioned before our stay. Then, Missy claimed that there was dog urine left on the floor of the cabin, so the fee was a detailed cleaning fee. Not only was this untrue, but we actually left the cabin in better condition than we found it by cleaning out trash found under the beds that did not belong to us and wiping out the refrigerator before leaving. I would highly recommend avoiding this campground.

The biggest issue involved multiple off-leash dog incidents. While walking my leashed dogs one evening, we were aggressively approached by another dog that was not on a leash. I was able to pick up my smaller dog, but my larger dog had to defend herself. She has never been in a fight before and was simply protecting our pack. This was a dangerous situation that could have easily resulted in serious injury. I reported the incident to Animal Control because dogs roaming off-leash in required leash areas is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was how management handled it. The owner approached my husband and me aggressively, yelling at us to leave immediately and falsely accusing my dog of being the aggressor. She even violently shook our fence and demanded it be removed, despite other campers having fences in place. We were told to move by the next morning in December, despite being in a winterized site, which caused unnecessary stress and cost us a $40 lost deposit for a temporary site. After reviewing security footage, the owner later admitted we had done nothing wrong, but there was no apology or acknowledgment for the false accusations and threats. The park also has a major issue with inconsistent rule enforcement. After we were required to remove our fence, other campers were allowed to keep theirs in place for months. This creates an unfair environment and leaves guests unsure of what rules are actually enforced. Another ongoing issue was the frequent loud music. Music was often played loudly from nearby sites, making it difficult to relax, enjoy the evening, or have any peace at our camper. This happened often enough to become a major frustration during our stay. The condition of the property is also poor. The roads are entirely gravel and filled with potholes, especially near the entrance. When it rains or snow melts, these become large muddy puddles that make walking difficult and can be rough on vehicles. Because this is a small park, smoke from neighboring campers also becomes a problem. Marijuana smoke frequently drifted into our area, making it unpleasant to open windows or sit outside. There were continued safety issues as well, including another camper's unattended dog getting loose and approaching my dogs. The owner didn't even realize their dog had escaped, which only added to the ongoing stress. Cleanliness is another concern. Dog waste is often left around the property, creating unsanitary conditions and obvious health concerns. Overall, while the location may be convenient, the combination of aggressive management, unsafe off-leash dog incidents, loud music, poor maintenance, smoke exposure, and lack of cleanliness made this a very stressful and unpleasant stay. I would strongly encourage pet owners and families to consider these issues before booking.

The private patio with a grill and fire pit had a view of the water. It was also impeccably clean. Being able to rent a golf cart made traveling around the resort with two kids a breeze. From the beach to the multiple playgrounds, we were able to get anywhere we needed. There are so many amenities as well. The spring fed lake is gorgeous. There is a kids swimming area and a deeper adult swimming area with a swimming mat and a floating dock. If lake swimming isn't for you, there is also a heated pool. We also used the Wibit (floating obstacle course), kayaks, and paddle boats. All the rentals were reasonably priced and were great additions to our stay. The camp store and cafe are great as well. We were able to grab pizza and ice cream during our stay. We will definitely be back.

The parade seemed to be made out of season campers that all know one another. 4. The older teenage element, that seemed to be seasonal campers, whoa! The mouthes one them. We fished with our kids as they dropped bunches of foul language & then proceeded to talk about fighting people, slamming people on the ground, and then ultimately sexual intercourse. We stopped at the store , walked in and asked after standing in line at the cream line "Excuse me Sir, am I at the right space for the pass". He did not hear me so I asked again. The older lady rudely said be patient can't you see we are extremely busy. I rudely asked again, I'm only asking if I am at the right place. She cut me off and proceeded to repeat herself you need to be patient, do you expect to jump the line, she said I had a choice I could wait or leave. By this time I was embarrassed and was not going to allow her to talk to me in this manner. I said some remarks and stood my ground, proceeded to wait for her to make her ice cream sales (6 people) got my pass and she said thank you for your patience. I left but said out loud I only asked a question and I did not have a choice. Why pick up the pass at the store and not security? Why have a bitter sour person giving out the pass when clearly she had more interest selling ice cream? If the man had a hearing problem which she stated why did't she answer my question. I felt I walk in to an ice cream parlor not a store which is why I was asking.not a store. I hate this place and will not recommend to anyone. Customer service is a negative 1

Mike was our host, he was great, we talked, laughed, and he was not aggressive in any way. We ended up not signing up to be a member, because it is not a fit for us right now. If you already own a RV, it's probably worth looking into. Now for the negative.... We are told we would get a $50 gift card for visiting, we paid $40 for the visit.... We also were told we would get 2 nights a cabin with no blackout dates, however that was not true. We had to book between April and November. In closing, if you have a RV and travel slot, it's probably worthwhile, but if not, it's a bad marketing attempt!
