Buckeye RV had no hidden costs and were %100 up front on every aspect of the deal . And it gets better, Mike (The GENERAL). Will do the best walk through you could ask for. The techs are there to help, and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I drove over 300 miles to make this deal and it was worth the drive. I will be back when it's time to upgrade to a larger Rig. CHEERS too the crew at Buckeye RV. The Heideman's FT. Knox, Kentucky

No finance guy on Saturdays, so wanted us to travel back up to do the sale, even though we were from 3 hours away. Finally agreed to do things by mail. The trailer was delivered to the campground which is where our worksite is. Purchased brand new and here is what we have encountered: 1. Dirty inside and not cleaned as it was supposed to be before providing and it is brand new. 2. We had mentioned a seat issue that we were told would be fixed before delivery and it was not. 3. Frame around 1 window, inside is bent 4. Outside grill has 3 screws that are busted 5. The hot water does not work. We had emailed the finance person about our concerns for things and the sales person. He never responded. We called the sales person and he said he would check with service...who also do not work weekends and he never got back to us. We paid over 40,000 for poor service, lack of interest by their employees and shoddy quality. Do not buy from this place. They do not care and their product is faulty. It won't let me post photos but if you want to see them, reach out and I can send them to you.

We had been checking out this model on line and were happy to find one to tour not to far away. We live in Xenia about an hour away. Front desk staff greeted us and Sarah took over with the tour. She answered our questions and if she did not have an answer for us, she quickly used her resources to find the answer. We loved the camper and CW gave us a very fair price for our trade-in and the purchase price for the new one was agreeable. Our tow vehicle truck was in the repair shop for longer than we anticipated and Sarah arranged for someone to go to Xenia and pick up our trade in trailer for us so we could finalize our purchase. All the form signing and payment work was handled by Savanna (?) and went smoothly. The final walk through went well and any issues we had were addressed. Service department answered questions as needed. Of course we have not used service dept for any repairs so I cannot comment on work flow or wait times. To top off our experience with CW and Sarah our new 5th wheel was delivered to our home as promised at the time and day promised! That's service!!

Meanwhile, I am still stuck making monthly payments on camper we can't legally tow. To make matters worse, on our very first camping trip, the battery caught fire directly beneath the gas line. They have now had our camper in their shop for almost a week to deal with this, and they are completely avoiding our phone calls for updates. I honestly could have used my hard-earned retirement money on a far better investment than this nightmare. Save yourself the stress, safety hazard, and financial headaches--take your business elsewhere.

We had a great trip, but mind the timing of when you go!…read more Specifically, the experience of Float Troy was really cool. The concept is really neat and you can use the raft for reaching your tent to explore the water ways. Make sure to bring a portable fan with you as the air can get stagnant and muggy in the tent if there is no breeze. As for the timing, we decided to go on the 4th of July because we thought it would be cool to see the fireworks out on the water. What we did not anticipate, however, was just how much the people of Troy seem to like their fireworks. People were setting them off over and around the water well past midnight. If you like to stay up late, this may not be a problem for you, but if you're like us and like to be asleep when the next day begins, you may want to pick a different date. Overall, I would highly recommend trying this out to experience it for yourself!

Woo! What a fun experience! Entice the adventurer in you with a fun trip to Float Troy!…read more Thorough details are given at arrival as far as tethering, kayak/raft usage, safety, restrooms, check out procedure, etc. 7 cameras accompany the space at Treasure Island park with a 24/7 concierge/emergency line. Each tent is tethered several times in the shallow 2.5 feet deep river passage. You're not going anywhere! Locals suggested K's Hamburger shop and Grandpa Joe's Candy buffet- both were delicious! Wrap up everything in your biggest garbage bag and enjoy the paddle out to your own floating tent! Floating fire pits are first come first serve, highly recommend a four hour fire log to avoid a headache with getting a traditional fire started (while floating). Only downfall, the train. It came through a few times at night which definitely woke us up. It's all part of the experience, maybe we just booked a busy train night. This is one of those things that you just have to try once! Plan to get a teeny bit wet while transferring items or go all in and enjoy a swim on the Great Miami!
