When I was referred to Tri-County Transportation Group, and driver Eddie, I was quoted a more than reasonable price and my wait time for him was minimal. Eddie has a beautiful car that is extremely clean with lots of space. Eddie is extremely personable and I made sure to call him the next day to take me back to the repair shop to pick up my car. There was a burning smell and Suhail was having trouble accelerating. Rather than immediately pull over, he insisted that we Google what the problem was. By the time we got close to the Ossining exit, the car was quickly losing power. We told him to get off on the exit but he kept trying to gun it, never mind that we were still 65 minutes from our destination. The car broke down right past the exit, and the hood was heavily smoking. As I was rushing to get my kids out of the car, all Suhail cared about was getting paid ($500), as he holds your Drivers License and credit card until payment is received. We ended up waiting 90 minutes on the side of the Taconic until we could get another ride. Suhail said he would refund the money after I confronted him about it, but 8 days later, there is still no refund.
