The attorney does not return calls and useless only available to speak in the unlikely event you happen to stop by his office and he is there. While you can sometimes squeeze a few minutes of his time, he will surely remind you how he took that time spontaneously to discuss the matter, and conveniently forget that countless calls and weeks have passed in which the phone was silent. It's incredibly frustrating for businesses to use the pandemic as an excuse for delays when the time stamps for the court filed documents from this office don't align with their explanation. They try to pass off the blame (on the courts of course) for weeks if not months of inaction, meanwhile, there's other record keeping that could have been conducted during this time, but again, their explanations don't corroborate with the other parties involved and whom I've had contact with directly. If it were up to me, I would never have retained this attorney for the estate of my parents, but my siblings made this decision. Sadly, this attorney has been so deterred by the interpersonal relations between the siblings that he has entirely lost track of the purpose of the will he drafted for my parents... I just wish this office would spend a lot more time on honoring the wishes of parents as stated in their respective wills, instead of the petty and counterproductive demands of select siblings. Communication is poor at best with this office. Even if you try to be optimistic, and are open to hearing the counsel of the attorney, you should't have reciprocal expectations. There have been several times I have listened without interjections or engaging in dialogue, in order to hear him out in his entirety, and also allow a day or two to process his counsel. When following up in discussions, the attorney is not receptive to other opinions regardless of context, and has a 'his way or the highway' approach that often disregards your concerns as a client and more of a reflection at how this office prefers to be purely, as they have even said themselves, 'transactional', and with a one formula fits all approach.

Without this firm's talented legal team my ex probably could have taken advantage of ambiguous wording and non-expiring provisions. Though I agreed to this expertly composed and reasonably thorough contract without my own legal representation, it turned out to be as good or better than I could have done had I chosen to spend my own money (which I didn't have at the time) to let a handful of competing family law attorneys churn and burn our accounts while we argued over teacups and drapes.
