I called and was treated terribly by Rachel who answered the phone and basically told me too bad and when I asked for proof of authorization for them to take the 100.00 she said "no" and they don't want to waste their time on my file anymore. Just WOW! You took 140.00 dollars and won't even treat me with respect. She then hung up on me. After going through their site it says that the styling fee of 39.99 is non refundable, which I understood. It also says that the styling fee goes towards the purchase of 100.00 of clothing, not that I needed to purchase it but that would mean that if I purchased 100.00 of clothing it would have only cost an additional 60.01. Regardless, I have no merchandise and have nothing to show that I authorized them to take 100.00 out of my bank acct. The woman Rachel is a total disgrace to this business, she was so rude, insensitive and full of herself!!! I would never waste a penny on this business because if get, she needs to retire and go to a place where horrible rotten people can torment each other!

While researching services, I heard some say you need to go in person to do a color analysis but I don't think that's necessary at all. Dina was very specific about all of the photos she would need for an accurate reading and I could do the whole thing from my bedroom! Be sure to order the physical book of colors as an add-on, it's small enough to fit in your purse and is so helpful to have on hand when I'm shopping and unsure about a color!

Every time I looked at an item and placed it back down, a staff member would come and act like they were making a micro adjustment as if I put the item back incorrectly, but no adjustment was made. There were a few cute items, but honestly, many items were more tacky than classic pieces which stand the test of time. The prices were very high and selection was slim compared to Saks online.
