I spent over $12,000 for Luxury Vinyl flooring for my entire downstairs, wall to wall carpeting…read moreupstairs, and LV in a bathroom and entryway. Installers were great but the customer service in the store was good up until it was paid for and after that it was horrible. There was a problem with multiple boards in different areas of the house. Large sections of the floor had to be removed and new boards put it. This had to be done twice. The 3rd visit was to fix a gap in the boards and remove glue left on the top of the boards. It's a floating floor that should have never been glued. Installers were not crazy about the glue idea but that's what they were told to do. It took about 1 year for everything to be complete. There are still sections with not so perfect boards but it is what it is. After the job was complete I had two partial boxes and 5 full boxes left over....obviously the measurements were incorrect. I asked for a refund on 5 boxes and they flat out refused. I was told they did not charge me labor on those boxes!! We all know that's not true. There was quite a bit of extra carpeting and padding that was removed by the installers. Given the amount of issues, the money spent, and the amount of time it took to get it right....the least they could have done was a refund on 5 boxes that were not needed!! They never reached out to me I always had to reach out to them. I've had lots of communication with the lady who works the front desk and she is VERY unprofessional. I would suggest that Jay step up and handle customer service complaints himself.....especially ones that are ongoing. A little appreciation for a customer goes a long way and will avoid bad reviews.

Way over priced for the materials and work time (1 man 1 day 1 1/2 boxes of laminate) $1600!!!! Never caulked, no 1/4 round which was paid for...a lower riser was done which wasn't suppose to be!!! We called and talked to Brian, he sent his guy the next day to fix and finish it. He caulk wood flooring with white caulk and put 1/4 round every where there was a right angle, so raw edges (cut at an angle) everywhere!! It looks like hell!! Not to mention the side of the stairs were all tore up, need to be sanded and repainted! We called brian again and he said he would come out and look and take care of whatever problems there are... we are still waiting for him to show up, it's been many months!!!! Easily the worst contractor I have ever seen. The owner is about 19 years old, he smelled like body…read moreodor, and I watched in horror as he demonstrated several times that he can't read or write. He was really struggling to read measurements and he had to ask us for help a bunch of times. When he showed up and introduced himself as the boss I thought he was joking. I kept waiting for the real foreman to step out of the truck but nope, he's actually trying to run a contractor business. Ok then. You might also want to keep the racism and homophobia toned down when the homeowner can clearly hear you. Nobody wants to hear what you think about people of color and homosexuals. On top of all that, was the work at least competent? It went about as well as you're expecting. I had to find a real contractor to fix the steps. He thought I did it myself with YouTube and he was horrified someone got paid for the job. I am a senior citizen and he felt so bad he fixed it for free. This isn't an actual contractor. It's just a kid with a truck. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else.

When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.
