I spent over $12,000 for Luxury Vinyl flooring for my entire downstairs, wall to wall carpeting…read moreupstairs, and LV in a bathroom and entryway. Installers were great but the customer service in the store was good up until it was paid for and after that it was horrible. There was a problem with multiple boards in different areas of the house. Large sections of the floor had to be removed and new boards put it. This had to be done twice. The 3rd visit was to fix a gap in the boards and remove glue left on the top of the boards. It's a floating floor that should have never been glued. Installers were not crazy about the glue idea but that's what they were told to do. It took about 1 year for everything to be complete. There are still sections with not so perfect boards but it is what it is. After the job was complete I had two partial boxes and 5 full boxes left over....obviously the measurements were incorrect. I asked for a refund on 5 boxes and they flat out refused. I was told they did not charge me labor on those boxes!! We all know that's not true. There was quite a bit of extra carpeting and padding that was removed by the installers. Given the amount of issues, the money spent, and the amount of time it took to get it right....the least they could have done was a refund on 5 boxes that were not needed!! They never reached out to me I always had to reach out to them. I've had lots of communication with the lady who works the front desk and she is VERY unprofessional. I would suggest that Jay step up and handle customer service complaints himself.....especially ones that are ongoing. A little appreciation for a customer goes a long way and will avoid bad reviews.

The entire experience was awesome. The job was done quickly and the finished product was perfect. The installer had to remove some floorboards, replace them and paint. No detail was missed. I would highly recommend Brian's custom flooring to anyone. They did a professional, awesome job at a reasonable price. I couldn't have been more pleased!!

We visited their showroom to pick out a certain type of product. So, we just left. Our preferences seemed secondary to her knowledge of the flooring market. That's not how it works in my world, when I'm the customer. And, frankly, I found it disrespectful for her to remain maskless while my wife and I were wearing masks. No, we won't be back!

When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.

The transaction from their offer for a free inspection, to quoting and scheduling through their expert job and service was just exceptional. Danielle and I worked it all out through email and was just wonderful to work with. They did the three rooms and the hallway too. Mom was so happy and that means I was too. If ever I need to call on a company to provide these or similar services again, ServiceMaster of the Tri-Counties is the place to call.

We contacted this company to seal our concrete basement floor to eliminate cat urine smell. They…read morequoted us $400-500. The first two workers sent out did not even have a shop vac to clean the floor They used a broom. They painted Kilz latex paint over the dirty floor, tracked the paint through our house, did not finish but demanded a check for over $600. The next worker a couple days later to arrive did not have painting supplies, borrowed our roller. He also did not finish the job. When the paint was dry I went down to document the poor job with pictures. I found I could peel the paint up. I also found where the concrete was pitted, paint was poured in and still pooled. The final worker to come to finish the job was a contractor. He said the job was not done properly, the floor should have been sealed with another product. He did the best he could to finish the job with the Kilz. He took pictures and was going to discuss the poor job with the manager. We made several calls and sent an email. They only offered to clean the paint tracked on our rugs. This company obviously poorly trains its workers and once paid could care less about its customers.
