I will never go back! Very snooty, nose up in the air kind of people. And only one employee. She does not seem like she moves off her chair much to help customers and when she finally did help me she was not knowledgable at all. Bad experience all together. I won't ever go back.

She was incredibly rude and dismissive. It was not even particularly busy that day! He described what type of area he had: full sun, well drained soil, no irrigation. She acted like she was completely bothered by the interaction and proceeded to recommend plants that needed the opposite requirements. We picked one up that stated full to partial shade on the plant care tag and put it back. I get that seasonal workers are harder to come by in town but I really expected better customer service at Cashman's. If you're going to be hiring students please train them better on the types of plants and how to professionally behave with customers.
