My contractor hired Michael November 2024. He installed railings for two separate balconies…read more After he installed them I noticed what could have been debris or bubbles. When I first mentioned it both he and Contractor tried to convince me it was the pattern on the railing. I had to get others involved to make sure I wasn't crazy. I then found out Michael wasn't licensed and so contractor said to not have him back. I didn't pay him - fast forward to one year later and there is Rust all over the place. And contractor now claims he's not responsible bc he claims I hired him on my own when reality is he hired them. He went over engineering plans and got city permit. Anyway, I guess he finally got his license but given my experience I would not use him. His prices were also super expensive but I don't know if that's because he was giving a cut to contractor.
