Stay away from them. George McCoy waited until 7 days before the statute of limitations expired to drop the case, after he did nothing for six months. He failed to negotiate a settlement or file a complaint. He wasn't even familiar with the facts of the case. But he sure pretended to be empathetic at the intake appointment when he convinced me to retain the firm and promised he'd get justice for me. Now I can't recover my money from the doctor and the hospital, can't recover compensation for my pain and suffering and permanent injuries and trauma, and can't recover money to pay for future surgeries to correct what was done. I fired them !! They keep posponing my court day. The meeting before the last court date, George McCoy assured me that he was ready. I called the courthouse the day before to confirm. It was posponed again and I was told MY attorney requested it ! I had be threatened and moved out of my home. I was living in a trailer with 5 small dogs, my daughter and my one year old granddaughter . I couldn't get another court date for 3 months. It was almost two years before I got my home back. I should've followed my instincts. I was uncomfortable from the beginning. They kept talking about settling out of court . He gave up before we even got to court. Had horrible representation nothing was admitted into evidence. Gave incorrect information for the arbitration. Where to go, apparently the lawyer was assuming it was at the arbitrators office. The opposing party was allowed to cheat in court. Had an office secretary come in take notes during their testimony. Take a break share notes and then give testimony bobo Still had to give the guy the answers again. The more evidence I gave the more he wanted to back off. Kept asking for evidence he already had.
