The tech Trystan arrived in time and began the process on a two story, five room condo with 25 steps. He estimated around two hours which I was skeptical; however, he completed in just a few minutes over two hours with a very nice job. Several wear paths are gone, spots and old grime. It looks amazingly so much better after than before. The office staff was very cordial and professional and accomplished the job at a very reasonable price. I strong recommend Warren & Sons for shampooing needs in the Anchorage area. Thank you. Updated: after coming back the next day I found what appeared to be color differences on the wand stroke area. I tried to vacuum out with no luck. I contacted them and asked if they could work to make it look more acceptable and they came back today and corrected the problems. It looks 100% better and the tech was very accommodating. read more

Terrible service, it's like they didn't even try to actually clean my carpets. You're better off just renting a carpet cleaner from Fred Meyers and doing it yourself, you'll be able to do a more thorough job than they will. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with their service. It's a wonder they're still in business. read more

Called 2 days prior to service to confirm and to see what time they would show up around and that's when the woman informed me that they call 30 minutes prior to arrival which was great. Day of services comes around and I called at 4:25pm to see if they could give me an estimate time since I have been sitting in an empty house all day since my final move out inspection is the next day. The woman on the phone tells me she is going to call the people who do the cleaning and she would call me back. Before getting off the phone I asked about how long do they work too and her response was they go as late as needed until they finish for the day. Well 4:50pm comes around and no call back so I call and it goes to voicemail, leaves voicemail, calls again at 5pm and no answer so I leave another voicemail. Sat at this empty house until 11:30pm waiting and nothing. It's currently 12:48am the next day and still haven't received a 30 minutes out phone call. Guess it's safe to say they aren't coming. Will be calling the in the am at 8am to see why they didn't show and to see if they will come out this am since my final inspection is at 3pm. Will update after phone call in the morning. Update: She said she called the technician but they didn't answer. Then she said the technician tried to call me which isn't true since I was sitting in an empty house all day with my phone. They said they will get to me as soon as possible let's see if it's before my move out inspection at 3pm. read more

No communication. Inconsiderate in customers time. Bad scheduling, I blame the lady receptionist, she was quite rude all times I had called. Didn't experience carpet service due to initial customer contact/ first impressions. Honestly didn't want their service after all that, even though they were within a mile of my location. Arran cleaned my carpets for me on two occasions. And both were amazing. He got ranch dressing stains out of carpet that were over 8 months old. He also was able to clean up a duplex carpet that had seen better days!!! Awesome. Worth the price. read more

W&S just left my place, after fixing some carpet for me. One of my cats freaked out and had clawed up the threshold of my bedroom, and I was super upset to find the damage she had left. Searching around, I found W&S online and saw that they did carpet repair. I called, made an appointment that fit with my hectic schedule, and it took less than a half hour for the two gents to cut out the damage and replace it with some remnants. You can barely tell that there was a patch done. Over the phone and in person, everyone was super nice, helpful, and professional. It was 75$, which I found to be very reasonable. I'll be saving their number for the future, as cats always do stupid things that will need fixing. read more

I just moved into a condo and there was a VERY large brown stain on the light colored carpet. Supposedly the previous tenants had the carpet professionally cleaned. I think not given the giant stain and other smaller stains throughout this two bedroom place. My property manager had Warren & Son Carpet Cleaners come out a few days later and "Keegan" worked his magic. This guy is very efficient, friendly, and worked super fast. He even helped move small stuff aside which he didn't have to do. I don't know what they charged my property manager but Keegan's estimate for when I move out was a low price, even with the additional staircase not cleaned on this visit. I gave them 4 stars only because the carpet remained wet for about 12 hours afterward. Maybe that's just the way it is but I think a little more time should have been spent extracting moisture. Bottom line, I've already scheduled their return when I move out. Ask for Keegan, you'll be glad you did. Thanks Warren & Son! read more

Our office flooded recently and after it finally dried we had water stains in our lobby area. I called Warren & Son because I have personally used them before in my home and was very satisfied. Our tech Kenny arrived on time, greeted us with a smile and was done within 30 minutes. The carpet overall look amazing afterwards and he even did our entry mat which was also stained. The smell of the shampoo was a pleasant citrus smell not overwhelming for our small office. I would highly recommend them for your business or home cleanings. read more

These guys do an awesome job at an affordable price! I've lost track how many times I've used them and I've never been disappointed. The guys that have cleaned the carpets have always been efficient, nice, and honest. Sometimes the front desk customer service can be a little short but it's more of a no B.S. approach which I personally appreciate. It's hard to find a nice honest business these days. read more

I originally contacted Warren & Son for a minor carpet repair and cleaning. After discussion of the prices via email I asked to go ahead and schedule the cleaning AND the repair. The lady told me the available days and times and I confirmed Wednesday the 8th. Wednesday comes and the tech shows up only for me to find out he's only doing the repair. Learning this I call in to ask when the cleaning is going to happen only to find out they hadn't even scheduled the cleaning! So not a big deal, I schedule the cleaning for Friday and she tells me she has to find my paperwork later because her desk is a mess but they will arrive from 11-12 and call me a half hour prior. I got to the house at 10 AM on Friday in the event they would be early. Well 11 came and went, so did 12 and nobody showed up or even called. I called their office at 1230 after waiting a little longer only to have my call go to voicemail as they take lunch from 12-1pm. I left a voicemail asking for an update and if anyone is coming, and nobody has called me back since. Completely wasted my time and couldn't even follow through and get back to me I'm sure my "appointment" got lost in the mix. This is not a way to run a business and I highly recommend finding another company lest your valuable time be wasted. read more
