I was having lunch with that same friend a couple of hours before my appointment. My friend is diabetic and he was having a sugar crash. Rather than abandon him, I called to reschedule my appointment... Instead of rescheduling, his office returned some of my money with business cards for other dentists in the area. The only response was telling the office staff that they were unprofessional. I guess they returned my top teeth to the lab even though I had paid for them. If me missing the appointment to care for my friend disrupted their business that much, I would have paid for the appointment! got my extractions and had my dentures installed. So even though I was thrilled with Dr. Hoffman, his staff set me back with no explanation. I almost complained to the ADA but why attack the doctor for some of his staff. Sincerely, James V. That being said, Dr. Dimarco and his team are amazing. They are fast, kind, and very easy to get along with. Dr. Dimarco is very good about making me understand what is going on with my veins and how procedures work. He is honest. Blunt. But also easy to understand and patient. I am so thankful for him! Great doctors like that aren't always easy to find.

Do NOT come here! It…read moretook me a week after my appointment and an hour in the office to get my signed copy of a prescription. After I ordered contacts through them they call me the next day to say the doctor prescribed me a strength that contacts aren't even made in! While I was waiting for my Rx the following other issues happened: 1. Lady comes in complaining that her reminder appointment call was made to her brother (not on her call list) and not her herself. 2. Woman makes a call to cancel an appointment with a man because of her own scheduling error as he gets off the bus to arrive. She hid in the backroom for 30 minutes before coming out to apologize for her error. 3. Woman shows up for scheduled appointment to find out the person she needs to see didn't come into work today. Apparently they weren't even scheduled to work that day. I have already filed a complaint about this office and made an appointment to be seen elsewhere. Normally I am seen and leave with a correct Rx in an hour, no problems.
