The gentleman who answered was super friendly and knew the vehicle owners name and information as soon as I said it without looking anything up. Too me that is a level of personal service I am not really accustomed to these days. As for his truck they had it less time than expected. They completed the repairs under budget. Also, when the truck was finished you wouldn't have even known it was in a accident. I was also made aware as the step son is 18 they kept him apprised if the goings on regular through the whole repair as well! Overall super impressed and I highly recommend.

I had bought the converter and two Oxygen sensors about 7 years ago, after talking with the auto shop manager at TCTC, who said he would put me on the list. I had called several times, only to get excuses. I talked to the folks at Rick's Lifetime Muffler, and they told me that they would be glad to do it. I made the appointment, and they installed it, only to find out that I should have bought four oxygen sensors. It was my mistake, so I ordered the other two sensors, and they installed them for me without charging me for my mistake. While I was there, there were many customers who were repeat customers, some who came from out of state, who used to live in the area. This is a family run business ho the customers love, and I can see why.

They not only provided estimates for the muffler and oil leak but also gave me a list of other items that might need attention. I appreciated that when I told them I only wanted to take care of the two main issues, there was no pressure to do additional work. Russ also mentioned he would do his best to have everything completed by the next day, even though they were closed that day. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

To save my life there's always something else that will need changed, repaired,etc. I was told my drivers side rear caliper was defective. Another $50.00, which took my total repair cost to almost $500.00. The office manager said they will repair the problem for no labor charges, just $50.00 for the new caliper. I was not good in math when I went To WGH High school, but $399.00 to almost @$500.00 for the entire repair cost was much more than I was told. This is where they get you as a customer.
