Restrooms, MTO food, coffees, convenience store, dining area, soft drinks, grab-n-go food, snacks, AND you can use your fuel perks. The place is always clean. The only minor complaint I have is that the MTO food isn't the greatest. It's not terrible or anything...it's just that the food doesn't have much seasoning on it. Ex - the burgers were totally bland. Simply added salt and pepper to the burger would have helped greatly. On the plus side, you can earn fuel perks on certain foods. I did get 25 points for my flavorless burger. Open 24 hours, BTW.

She told me I won $26 so I thought I would get $36 back- $10 from my change. She only gave me $26 and so I asked if she put $10 or $20 on pump #1. She then told me I gave her $20 and that she put $10 and gave me a $10 back but she DID NOT give me a $10 back as I only had the $26 she gave me. She kept arguing with me and giving me so much attitude saying that she did give me $10 back as if I was trying to rip her off. If anything, you ripped me off and stole my money. I ended up showing her my wallet to show that I do NOT have a $10 bill in there. PLEASE ROLL THE CAMERAS BACK. Lady, what? The $10 isn't even worth it but to outright lie and say that you gave me a $10 bill when I have shown there is NO $10 bill in my wallet... so are you a magician or what is it? Dan the driver was extremely hospitable. He wasn't able to get us up and running, but brought us to the auto repair shop that he uses, and pointed out locations of interest on the way, so we had things to do while waiting fo the car. Turns out they will keep the car overnight, so Dan gave us a ride to a hotel, and again, pointed out the restaurants in the area. Being stranded is horrible, but the Pantelone team really seems to go out of their way to make sure they take care of their customers.

I said I knew it wasn't going to be cheap but obviously I needed my car back. He said they were closed and to call back tomorrow, so I did. When I called the next morning, the same man answered and said "If I charged you what the state said I should, you'd be down north of three grand. What can you afford?" I had never heard someone ask that. I asked what the least he could charge was and he said $1,000. I didn't really have an option as they had my car!! I drove an hour and a half to get my car and only when I was about 40 minutes out did they call me back and tell me it was cash payment only. So I had to stop at an ATM on the way to get cash when they started complaining about me being late. When I got there, I asked for an itemized receipt and all I got was a receipt that had $1,000 written next to "Miscellaneous charges." I'm really considering legal action because this just does not feel right. I didn't know what to do in the moment as I'd never been in an accident or needed my car towed, so I didn't know that wasn't how it worked. If I ever need my car towed, I will be specifically requesting they DON'T use Pantalone Towing. Absolutely awful.
