The front desk person pointed it out with attitude and reminded me twice that the appointment was 40 minutes out. Did not say anything else to me and my daughter about waiting or we will get to you soon. Or something... nothing We waited for few minutes in the lobby which was empty and decided to walk out. Still no comments from front desk lady. Instead we decided to wait in the car until the appointment. Definitely need improvement in customer service as front desk is the first point of customer contact. I stayed calm as I understand that we are still in a pandemic and everyone is still adjusting to life at home and at the work place. Hopefully the office will include customer friendliness as a training in the future.

First, Dr. Khurana and her team developed and implemented a treatment plan for my 4 year old son who needed extensive dental work. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. She talked us through everything before and after the procedure which took place in a hospital setting under anesthesia, making us feel like our son was extremely well cared for in this unsettling situation. Their hospital coordinator Britnee was also fantastic to work with and helped answer numerous questions we had. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter. They are so incredibly good with kids and skilled at what they do that my daughter actually said getting fillings there was FUN and she didn't experience any pain on either occasion. When I told her she would be all done fillings after the second visit she was DISAPPOINTED. That is not a thing! I really can't say enough good things about this dental practice. If you have kids, and especially if they are apprehensive about dental procedures, take them here.

My middle son was also referred to Sporting Smiles for braces. Dr. Vahab, and the staff provided excellent care, over the course of two years, and we are super pleased with his straight teeth and dazzling smile. I was never given an estimate nor was I was ever told it was a possibility to not work at all. After the 2nd surgery, I knew immediately it didn't work. Attempting to get anyone to follow up with me was next to impossible. When I got the first bill, I called and the billing contact I spoke to advise the bill would be cleared. I have since received another bill that I responded to with a letter to the owner and office manager, that has yet to be responded too. I do not recommend this office for any services.
