I am not a fan of dentist, but wow, Dr. Amit was fantastic. I won't say that it did not hurt but compared to other places that I have gone to this was a piece of cake. I had two abstractions done and the doctor and his staff made me feel very sure and comfortable about the entire procedure. Once done they made sure, I was feeling as well as can be and received calls from the staff and a text from my doctor. Would I recommend Warrington Dental 100% yes. You can't go wrong. read more

Best dental office I've ever dealt with. Dr Matwani interacts with you like he genuinely cares. Remembers personal things from conversations through the years. I had a bad accident and lost five teeth. I went to the big name advertised places and they wouldn't accept my insurance, one wanted to remove ALL of my top teeth and put in all new implants saying how nice my smile would be (I'm a sixty year old grandfather, not a 25 year old celebrity). Everywhere else would be $30K plus. Here after insurance was about $12K. Great job, look and feel great. Been my primary dentist ever since. read more

Unprofessional and a complete waste of my time! From the beginning I told them I have Medicare Dental. At no point did they tell me they don't take this Insurance! Also, they scheduled my appointment but never put it on the office calendar! I showed up after taking the time to complete the new patient paperwork only to find I had no appointment! The female staff was really helpful and friendly but Dr. Amit was very rude and unprofessional. I received a promotional flyer in the mail for a special on an exam, x-ray & cleaning. However I was not given any cleaning because he said that I would need more intensive work done so I was only given the exam & x-rays (at a slightly lower rate). That was fine, but what really made me upset was how unwilling and annoyed he seemed whenever I asked him a question during the consultation. He didn't even know what a "Waterpik" was... water flossing? Really? Haven't they been around for a long time now? In any event, I walked out feeling worse about my teeth than I walked in. Alot of new staff who are very knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist is fast and painless. He made me feel comfortable and let me know all the options of what could be done with my budget. This is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever visited. Dr. Motwani cares about money and not the patient. He comes into the office where my dentist is working on me and undermines him. Also, the instrument they need is never in the room where I am being examined so there are always people coming in and out of the office. I do not feel safe if someone washes their hands, puts on gloves, leaves the room , then re-enters with the same gloves on. read more

Their office staff are very friendly on the phone, but have now called to cancel my appointment twice. The first time was because too many patients had the flu and the doctor did not want to wait around for my appointment (4:45 pm). A family member was in their office waiting room the next day and over heard the staff and doctor talking about how hung over they were from a night out drinking. They cancelled my appointment so they could close early and have happy hour!? Two days later they called to ask if I wanted to reschedule and ask why I had to cancel. It was over a month later until I could take off work for my rescheduled appointment in the middle of the day to avoid any scheduling complications. They called an hour and a half before the appointment to ask me to reschedule! I will not be returning. read more

I had an emergency appointment today. This was my first time at Warrington Dental, being new to the area, and from the door they were wonderful! Kathy, the office manager, got me right in and was a sweetheart. I met both dentists, who were very friendly and helpful. DR. SACKS was the dentist who repaired my broken tooth, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was kind, able to keep me calm while I was stressing out, gentle, and preformed artwork in my mouth. It was my front tooth that needed to be fixed, so I think craftsmanship is a very valuable asset in this case! I'm so thankful, and I think I just found my new dentist! I will absolutely be back for all of my regular dental care from here on out! read more

I went for my first apt yesterday, which I scheduled over a week ago, I offered my insurance info at that time, was told no, they will get it wwhen I get there, when I arrived the receptionist told me she needed my SS#, I said no, she has my insurance #, she didn't like that, then she tells me I'm not in the system. I called my insurance company, they said I was listed to this office, and said they would fax and email the info over right then, I told the girl she said they couldn't get email, and she would wait for the fax, after some time I asked if she got it she said no, I don't think she checked, then I asked to get another appointment, so they scheduled another one for two weeks, all they had available, went to my car and called insurance co. back, she asked if I would like her to call them, I said yes, asked her to tell them I was still here and could go back in if straightened out, she came back and said they cant take me because the next appointment was already in there, refused to take my information from insurance co. I went back in and told them to cancel my appointment, I will find another dentist. they were not helpful in any way, they were rude, they should have called the insurance co. to see if I was their patient! I do not recommend them to anyone! read more

If I could give this place a -0 star I would. I've been going there for the past few years because they do a good job at first. But I haven't went there a over a year already and everything change. When they take your money they are really happy but they don't even realize how terrible they are. They took my money up front and said my insurance didn't cover and overcharge me. I call my insurance they said they would cover. So I call in and want my refund back since I don't want to do them anymore and the lady that deal with me is the most rule person ever and unprofessional. She hung up my phone when I say I wanted to cancel my appt and wanted my refund back. She also say my tooth was gonna fall off If I don't get them done. So I'm never going back here again ever. Lost a crown so I called Warrington Dental. They gave me an appointment right away. Their staff was awesome. Very friendly and very pleasant and very professional. I was seen shortly after I arrived. I waited no more than a few minutes in their lobby. The dentists there explained all my options and did not push me one way or the other. They just gave me their best advice and allowed me to make the decision. I really appreciated them seeing me so quickly and helping me out. I highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Motwani was very rude to me during my last visit at his office in September and I have never went back again. I was going through some trouble times after my layoff from work and only had a month until my healthcare benefit expired. I missed my first scheduled appointment and had to rescheduled again. Unfortunately, something urgent happened that day and I asked the receptionist if it was okay to reschedule again. She said it wasn't a problem and was able to give me an appointment a day before my health benefit ended. Later on that day, I received a call from the office asking if I can come on Monday instead and I told her I wasn't able to because my benefit will expire by then. She said it was okay and I came on the day of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Motwani was assisting his receptionist at the front desk when I walked in. He looked at me and asked, "May I help you," in a surprised but sturdy voice and I told him, "I am here for my appointment." He immediately said, "What are you doing here? You missed your appointment!" I told him that the receptionist had rescheduled it for today. He rudely said, "We are not open today. You need to come back another day." I told him that my healthcare benefit ends soon and I won't have coverage if I rescheduled. He gave me an annoying look and asked for my health card. I gave it to him and as he lifted the phone to verify if my coverage was ending. I upsettingly said, "it okay." He gave me my health card and I walked out. Throughout my 34 years of going to see a dentist or doctor, I have never been talked down to as I did that day. I was very upset and hope no one ever has to experience since an awkward and awful moment. I know I am wrong for missing my appointments, but that's why I asked the receptionist if it was okay to set up another day. When I received a call two months later to come in for a checkup, I told the receptionist I will never come back again because of Dr. Motwani demeanor towards me. She apologized in remorse and I've never heard from them again. read more

If that is any indication of the professionalism in the practice, I won't be back after my dentist retires. We just started going there about 9 months ago. I started off happy there, but our last visit was extremely disappointing to say the least. My 5 year old had a cleaning done last week and they found a cavity. The one dentist DR. Sacks was in but they scheduled the filling with DR.M who usually see's us. We scheduled her appointment for a week later, which was today. I called yesterday to ask a few questions since she is so young, the dentist wouldn't get on the phone and receptionist assured me she would be fine. So today my husband takes her and the dentist wouldn't even look in her mouth because she was crying. He then told my husband the other dentist never wrote the tooth down that had the cavity and didn't know which tooth it even was, ummmm thanks for not writing it down, but even worse, you couldn't look to see which tooth it was??? Needless to say my husband took off of work, drove 50 minutes in morning traffic and left without getting her filling down. I am pissed to say the least and very disappointed to say the least. The lack of professionalism and competency is very concerning and we will NOT be returning. read more

Went to this dentist. We were new in town. Took wife and two children. This dentist is not good. He wrecked two of my teeth, insisted they needed crowns, and he destroyed them. He told my wife that she needed full x-rays and she already had them from the last dentist just 2 months before. Always trying to make money from work not needed. Said my teeth needed cleaning and spent five minutes on just three teeth, he was watching a sports show on the room's TV. My teeth had just been cleaned three months before that by my other dentist, they were clean. Being new in town, I trusted him. Never again. My neighbor also went to him, he was smart, never went back. This dentist doesn't pay attention to his clients or listen to them. Does a poor job. This dentist is not only rude, he doesn't care. He walked away from me while I was asking a question. To him, this is only money, doesn't care about the people, just how much he can make off your teeth. Avoid this dentist.
