One of the best bounce house that I've rented so far. They came couple hours early which was so great because my son couldn't wait. They came in set up and also cleaned the inside due to sand. There were still sand inside but the kids didn't care. All they care was that they was still able to jump. Due to couple party around my street, they couldn't find parking to pick up the bounce house. They texted me if they could pick up the bounce house in the morning instead without charging any fees. The kids had so much fun in the bounce house and I will definitely be renting at this place again.

When my keiki was younger, I'd always rent jumpers from Daniel simply because I was never disappointed with the service from himself or his employees. Communication is clear, punctual and just easy to deal with! As my kids grew up and no longer needed jumpers (they are all graduated and "grown" now), I threw away the business card. At that time, the business was called Keiki Jump. Fast forward to 2024, I was in search of a Jurassic World jumper for my soon-to-be 2 yr old grandson. I Googled for jumpers, but nothing reminded me of the business, nor did I find a dinosaur jumper to my liking. I decided to come onto Yelp to search for "inflatable rentals". I clicked on the first result and saw his name. I was SO happy to find his business (altho under a different name)! Then I went to look for the business on IG and found the dinosaur jumper that I felt was worth the price. GREAT service is hard to come by. As a returning customer, that should already tell you how AWESOME Daniel and his staff is. MAHALO Daniel and staff!!

I rented 14 tables, 50 folding chairs, C7 bounce house & a generator for my son's 1st birthday. Everything was delivered on time. Driver told me that 2 chairs was broken, so only had 48 chairs, which was okay since we had enough for our party. 1 table was breaking, so we didn't use it. Bouncy house was super big & all the kids + da BIG kids loved it! Warrior Bouncers stayed true to their scheduled time, which is a big PLUS! The communication was great. I will be using their services again.

I can't say enough great things about this business. We were running around the day of the party going from the Rec center to our house to set up. He came and set up all in like 10 minutes while we were gone and the kids were already inside enjoying themselves when we got back! Late review but this was my first time renting a bounce house, and Warrior Bouncers delivered an exceptional experience. Harmony and her partner arrived two hours early at no extra charge, which greatly eased my concerns. Their communication was excellent, and they set up the bouncer exactly where we requested. The kids loved and enjoyed it. The price was more reasonable compared to other businesses, making it an excellent value. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Warrior Bouncers and will definitely use them for future events.

Most of my reviews are usually good but never renting from them again. The booking process was great, fast and owner Daniel was nice during the process. I already had plans to use them again for 3 of our events coming up within a year. I even referred them to my family and friends already and they were going to use them I reserved a Happy Birthday Dream Combo which was mostly pink in the picture and some purple, the generator and sand bags because when I went to get the permit they told me it had to be sand bags. This was for Sunday 08/14/22 and I paid in full when I booked online on July 29. Then I got the confirmation with contract. The owner tried calling me to confirm my booking on the Friday 08/12/22 before the event. I couldn't answer because I was at work so I texted him to confirm. Then came the day of the event. I wasn't at the site yet but my siblings were there first. I texted the owner just to check on the status of the bounce house because I didn't get any calls or text saying they were going to be late. I had schedule the rental for 10am-6pm. I thought they were going to set up before 10am but I just texted the owner at 10:14am & he said he'll check. Then I got 5 missed calls from the people delivering around 10:22am but called them back at 10:23am. They didn't get to our site until almost 1040am. They were setting up then my sister sends me a pictures and calls me to ask "I thought you got the pink birthday dream one?" After I seen the picture I called Daniel to tell him that "I reserved the Pink Happy Birthday Dream Combo but we got a grey, purple, pink Encanton Disney." Then he said "oh ya no thats not the one let me call them." I had my aunty follow up after me because I was getting ready to go to the beach and load up the rest of our things. She called me after they talked. She tried to ask if there's any way they could compensate at least because communication wasn't good, we didn't get it on time or at least get a call and got the wrong one. I guess he got offended because he told me aunty he was just going to send his guys back already to take the bounce house and give hs a refund. He said we were screwing him over and he didn't want to deal with us anymore. Then my aunty said "no don't do that becuase it'll ruin the birthday celebrants day more." Then he tells my aunty "why? you're not going to tell me what to do and what not to do with my bouncers." I texted the owner after but whatever. What's done is done. It was my birthday but the bounce house was for the kids there. No more client referrals going to them.

Rented a jumper for my daughters 13th birthday from Keiki Jump. Booked online - website was easy to navigate and selecting a jumper based on features and/or character could be easier. You have to option to pay in full at time of booking or reserve with a down payment. Keiki jump called a day prior to our event to confirm. Drop off and pick-up went smoothly. Jumper was clean and looked in great shape. Would highly recommend!

They respond quickly and have the best prices that I've seen for inflatables, tents and shave ice. The service is great as well. Another thing is the delivery fee which is very cheap compared to other rental places. They are on time and nice to work with. The shave ice machine they brought wasn't working and they left and returned with another before the party started. read more

We haven't hosted a birthday party for over 2 years due to COVID. Luckily Keiki Jump was able to accommodate a somewhat last minute booking. We had the party in a c&c park and Keiki Jump was one of the few companies authorized to set up. They confirmed delivery time a couple of days in advance and called me again morning of. Brian was super sweet and helpful and made the process extremely easy. The bouncer was very clean and they wiped it down again after set up. We had no issues with the generator or really with anything at all. They called to let us know they'd be late to pick up which was a score for the kids because it meant more time to play. Overall excellent and I'll continue to choose and recommend this company. read more

How the heck do you keep a bunch of kids occupied at a party? Throw a bounce house in the mix, of course! Keiki Jump has a wide variety of bounce houses and prices were slightly lower than their competition. I was able to easily place an order online and no deposit was required. The payment was due at the time of pick-up. At the last minute, my husband decided he wanted us to have a bigger, better bounce house with a slide, basketball hoop, etc. so I tried to change our order and it wasn't a problem at all. I told them what we wanted and they easily modified our order. They were prompt for set-up and did the job really quickly. All I had to do was sign a contract and provide the payment. Damage waiver is mandatory, by the way, but it's a minimal cost compared to the bounce house. The employees from start to finish were all friendly and worked efficiently. They also came to deflate and cleanup without a hitch. Thank you Keiki Jump, for your services! Will definitely use again when we need kids to get let out all of their energy in a bounce house! read more

My best friend rented a water slide bounce house from them for her daughter's birthday party and my kids had a BLAST! So when our church was planning an event, I knew that I wanted to rent from Warrior Bouncers. I had no complaints...easy and accessible website to order the bounce houses, great customer service, on time delivery and pick up, very affordable and with summer deals (!!), and very reasonable travel fee. Highly recommend this company! The owner was very polite and we had great communication from the time we signed up until the day of delivery. He set it up himself, washed it off in front of us with a disinfectant soap, and took it away without our help as well. He had two other deliveries on base after ours, so if you're on a military installation, he delivers. The bounce house itself was big and the kids had fun at my daughter's birthday party! read more

This was my first time renting something like this. It was for our daughters 5th birthday. We were going to rent a bounce house but decided to do the water slide instead because it is hot out. We are so happy we chose Keiki Jump for our first time! The many wonderful reviews were a deal breaker for me because I am willing to pay for good service with no issues and that's what I got! Prices were not bad either! Even had a coupon I used that was on their site for Super Bowl weekend. Nui and Anthony were the guys that delivered and picked up the water slide. We rented from 1030a to 630, they called and asked if it was okay to deliver early (no extra charge) and we were all for it! They picked up the slide a little later so the kids had extra time. They just request to turn the water off and let the slide dry 30mins before they picked up. They were friendly and very quick! They set everything up and put it away. Very efficient workers! They got a good tip and some good grinds from the party because they were really awesome! Everything went so wonderfully well for us! From making the reservations to pick up! I highly recommend. I also called Danny the owner to ask questions and texted the contact number for the dimensions of some bounce houses and he answered all my questions no problems. Nice guy, told him it was my first time ordering and he was very accommodating. They email you a receipt when you done booking online and will call you the day before to confirm everything. The kids had so much fun! There was about 9 kids on there and one adult that used the slide and it was very sturdy and fun! They staked it down really good, and even cleaned the slide once it was blown up. They also connect their hose with yours (i was worried mine was too short but it worked out) they provide their own blue canvas for the bottom too for under the slide. I didn't need a generator because it was in my front yard and I had an electric outlet near by. I will order from this company again! I will be highly recommending them to friends and family! Ordered bluey blue crush combo for my kids 5 bday party. Had 16 kids at the party ranging from 2-7 years old, mostly classmates. The kids really enjoyed themselves, there was nothing I could do or say to make them stop they just loved every minute of play. Working with the staff was a breeze from point of inquiry to final breakdown. The delivery guys were on time and they even washed the inside with soap. My daughter loved the bounce house! They came early, before the party and well after the party was done. Plenty of time for the kids to play in the bounce house. Quick and easy set up and clean up. My daughter turned 2 and it was her first time in a bounce house, we got the princess one and she had the time of her life! Also when purchasing it, the price was super reasonable. Thank you for helping my kids to get a bouncy for their bdays last minute. The entire process was really easy to online reservation or calling for questions that I have. Drop off guys we're very nice and friendly and sprayed down with some type of disinfectant before the kids could play. Open and friendly staff on phone and through email, no pressure at all. Did a great job with emails to remind us while we were busy with other party planning. I would so recommend this company if Your looking to up your kids party level by a thousand, this is the company to go with as they are prompt (as for me they were a couple hours early) to set up, and on time to breakdown. I was looking for a bounce house a few months back for my daughters 1st birthday. There were a lot of companies to choose from. Ive made my way to contact a few via call/text. Those who've responded were rude and not so helpful. THANKFULLY there was DANNY (owner) . At the time I contacted him, he was on a trip. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Even on his trip he responded efficiently and provided options. I booked him shortly after and was happy with the many selections of bounce houses. . A few months close to the party I contacted him again to change the time of set up. He made the adjustment fast and had no problem with it. . At the end of the party I ended up in the bounce house. Loved the ease of being able to reserve the slide I needed online and the quick contact that was made after I made my short notice reservation. The gentlemen who delivered our slide were professional, friendly and were very quick to set up the slide, even with a bunch of little kids yelling around with excitement. They were also just as great upon pick up. I would definitely rent from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone on the island. read more

Awesome service from beginning to the end. Danny was super helpful giving me the St. Patty Day's discount without me even knowing, which was great! Great company and the owner Danny is very quick to communicate. Ordered: 1 medium bouncer 1 Generator 1 Cotton Candy Machine 3 Tables 20 chairs Driver was very nice and polite. Setup was quick. Everything came on time and picked up on time. The only thing that was missed was the cotton candy. Our baby shower was for a boy and ordered blue cotton candy. We got the pink cotton candy and although I could have asked the driver for a blue one, I didn't want to make a fuss about it. At the end of the day, cotton candy is cotton candy. Other than that, everything else was fantastic. read more

So, I was going to book with Danny Keiki Jump but I changed my mind since he didn't have the 20x20 tent available but only had 3 10x 10's available. He called me the day before the event to ask if I'm still confirming to rent from him and I told him that I'm canceling the event I planned and just told him to cancel. Anyway, I actually decided to go with RMK rentals because they had a better deal package and they had the 20x20 tent that I wanted. So on the day of the event at Ala Moana park, Danny with Keiki Jump who drives around in a Uhaul type beat up looking van with a sign that says Affordable Rentals, decides to take a photo of my party and texts me the photo of my party and ridiculous messages, saying that I shouldn't have "lied" to him about my event being canceled. I was like, who in the world does that! What is your business if I decide to go with someone else! Especially if they have a better deal and what I'm looking for. If you own a business, you should know that it's customers right to go with someone else and that there's no need to explain or say that you choose to go elsewhere. Danny with Keiki Jump already knew the day before that I cancel. But I guess he had to drive by my party and take a photo and cry why I lied to him. Lol! Unreal. Just read his texts to me and how much of a weirdo he is! He's actually want Karma against me for not telling him that I went with someone else! I explained to him in the text message and he still wants Karma for me not telling him I went with someone else. I guess he must have never ever lied in his life. Unreal!! Never again! Go with someone else, this guy is Creepy & Weird! Even his workers were eyeing out the company I decided to go with. And another thing, what if I told him that it's not me and my party at Ala Moana park and that it was someone else. How does he know it was me and my family? He's weird! This is the place to get your rentals. They are super friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They were able to help me change my party location last min, not to mention they have MILITARY BASE ACCESS... big plus! They were very helpful while placing my order, making last min changes ( location, time, add on items). They are also very prompt, they arrived at the location and had already started setting up before I got there. Last but not least, I ended up locking myself out of the community center, with my car keys, cell and the keys to the building inside....which left me stranded without any way to contact housing as the emergency phone at the community center only calls a dispatch for police and they stated they couldnt help me. So, with that said Keiki Jump went above and beyond and let me keep their phone while they made another delivery so I could call someone to contact housing for me. Super helpful, def appreciated! read more

This was my first time using Keiki Jump & I was very pleased with there service! I ordered a bouncer, generator, tables & chairs for my sons 1st birthday party. First off Keiki Jump was running a special for 20% off but I noticed that in my invoice it hadn't applied, so I called & they corrected the error NO PROBLEM even though I was the one who entered it incorrectly online. They called 2 days prior to confirm the deliver, called when they were on the way & came early enough to set everything up so I could decorate in time for the party to start. Picking up they were on time which I really appreciated because I've used companies in the past where we had to wait for them in order to leave which is tiring after a long day prepping & hosting a children's bday party. There customer service is friendly & I will definitely be thinking of Keiki Jump for all my party rentals in the future! Thank you again! read more

These guys were AMAZING, from reserving our bouncy house to delivery: set up and pick up, it was hassle free, made planning my daughters (March) and sons (July) birthday easy and stress free, thank you Danny and the crew. The cost was way reasonable than the others, and the service and sanitizing the bouncer was beyond 5 stars. I have never seen this before, they sanitize and wipe down inside the bouncer once it's blown up. I trust them with my kids party, I used them twice and will do it again. I usually don't waste time to sign up and post reviews, but this company is amazing and I want the other parents know they can rely and trust this company for their kids party. The owner of this company was so patient and on it with numerous and countless emails from me to make sure my kids birthday was set. They were able to deliver at my residence in Kailua, there's a minimal delivery fee. read more

At first I wasn't too sure about this company because I just googled it and sometimes it's a shot in the dark when you do that. However, this company is absolutely amazing, professional, on time, stress free and totally worth the money! Other places charge about 160 with all the brain damage and this place only charges about 180(depending on what you get) and they take care of everything for you to ensure your party is not only a success but also less to worry about. I've checked around at other bounce house places and they make you set up and tear down, the fact that they do it ALL for you and disinfect it beforehand was incredibly impressive! WOW! The BEST Party Inflatable rental company on the Island. Customer Service team of Josh and Randy was superb. I am so happy we rented from them as we had the best experience ever. We have rented from other companies before but these are the cleanest bouncers in town. The guys made sure it was set up perfectly and disinfected thoroughly. We couldn't ask for more. These guys were Awesome. Much better and cheaper than MWR and BouncerPaloozer (Cheap Chinese version inflatables). We initially used our military discount and now as return customers we get even a better discount. How cool is that, Right?! We have referred them to all our neighbors, family and friends! The two gentleman that set up was really early. Which I liked. Something happened on my end which the gate wasn't opened. So I told the two men to get breakfast and come back since I didnt want them to wait until i figured everything out. They did so and when i called them to let them know the gate was opened they was there in 10 mins. Great operation. Set exactly where and how I wanted it. Explained how to use the machines and was super affordable. I used them before with my older kids party and I will continue to use them. They have the best prices and are flexible with your payment. It was awful experience with this company. They almost ruined my son's birthday party. First they were about 1 hour late to set up a bouncer. When I called to make sure they were coming, there was no apology and Danny on the phone was very rude, threatening to cancel a bouncer. I had already kids arrived, waiting for a bouncer. I was terrified. When the delivery guys finally arrived, they forget to bring a generator and chairs that I ordered. Almost no bouncer at party, I was so scared. At the end, we were able to use an outlet at restroom for a bouncer... No more this company. Not professionally organized. . read more

I booked through Keiki Jump based on the recommendation of a friend. She said these guys are reliable and friendly. Ordering online was simple. The office staff called 3 days before the party to confirm my order. On party day they delivered right on time. The two delivery men were really nice and set up the wet n wild slide effiecintly in spite of my kids being eager and peppering them with questions! It was a such a fantastic experience. We were very pleased with Keiki Jump. First, they were able to help us out the day before our party (our original bounce people cancelled the day before) - Yay. The bouncer was clean, big and very pretty for a little girl. Our birthday girl and her friends were very happy (ALL DAY!). The two installers were top notch. Thank you Danny and the Keiki Jump crew for my last minute bounce house rental and generator lol. I was nervous to call at first knowing that I needed the bouncer in less than 5 days but they were so nice to me and understandable. They arrived on time AND set up fast and the way I wanted it. Was referred to Keiki Jump by a friend who booked a bounce house for our neighborhood. Danny is the name I believe I'm horrible at names but super awesome guy . He communicates great shows up on time and with extra time to make sure things are up and running for time I asked for it. Very easy to work with and booked another one already. This is the best company for bouncers. We ordered the water slide this past weekend. The kids love it! They stay on it all day and we have to force them to take a break. The prices are reasonable and if you are a repeat customer you get discounts. Sometimes they would come early to set up giving us extra time with the rental and they are quick with the set up and break down. Very courteous young men. As others have mentioned, A+ for this company. I have never rented a bounce house before but I can't imagine anything that this company could have done better. Called them on the phone and booked a bouncer 2 days prior to our kids birthday. Took no longer than 5 minutes to make a reservation. Delivery and pickup was also spot on time and even accommodated us to have it setup in our back yard (barely big enough but they took the initiative to position it just right). Rent from these guys you will not be disappointed! read more

Great experience, flexible on schedule, hard working, friendly staff. All good things. They have flexible options for their bounce houses where they can put almost any design over a velcro banner and get your kids favorite character on the front. They get busy but work hard to make sure customers still get the bounce houses up and taken down with no hassle by flexing their pickup and dropoff times to best suit your schedule. This was the best experience I could ask for. The reservation was easy to make. We got the combination bouncer, which the children loved. The price was cheaper than most places that I looked and they provided a military discount. The driver which ended up being the owner came himself to setup. We have used Keiki Jump for the past two years, and they are the best! You can't beat their prices, and they provide excellent service and equipment. The online booking is very efficient, and Danny calls a day in advance to confirm your instructions and reservation. On the day of, the delivery drivers arrive ahead of time and set-up your inflatable efficiently. The drivers were professional and friendly. The littles were only able to use the inflatables for a short time. The rains were persistent and the crew returned the following day to pick up the inflatables. Rain water had gotten into the units which made it very difficult for the guys to pack them up. It ended up taking two crews. They all remained professional and cheerful, though drenched. I then used them again this June. This time just 1 18' slide for my family visiting, ages 5-9. It was the hottest day of the year and the littles played on the slide for hours without stopping. Next time I may go smaller because they picked up some good speed and would occasionally get sore when their arms would rub against the stitching or velcro. Staff is very friendly. Timing for setting up and picking up always works out. You can order online or by phone. Staff will call and email you to confirm the order, setup time, delivery results, and pickup time. All the bases are covered.
