If I could I would rate Keiki Climbers 10+ STARS from when I first contacted them to the very end was overall an amazing experience. Jenna and her team was very helpful, understanding & generous! She stayed in contact with me from the beginning to the end! Which I liked because when you plan a party its very hard to keep track of everything. I also liked that we were able to stay connected through texts because I barely check my emails and texting was more convenient for me. How I found out about them was actually through yelp. I searched so many places that would have activities for my daughter, but sadly there wasn't that many. Just the usuals ballon, face painting, and bouncers. But i wanted something that my daughter would enjoy at her own party. When I came across keiki climber I knew she would love it ! & she did she didn't even wanna get out! This review is long over due. I first heard about Keiki Climbers at the October Baby Expo. They had a set up and my son and niece had so much fun playing. We were lucky to be able to book for the same month (October) for my son and niece's 3rd birthday party. We bought the Little Kahuna set and it was the perfect size to fit in an open space I have at my home. We had 8 children ranging from 6 months to 3 years old. From set up to take down, Jenna and Jason were fast and efficient. I love that everything is cleaned prior to them bringing it and they clean it again during set up and take down! They take the extra precautions to make sure everything is sanitized. My son enjoyed watching them set up and break down. He had so many questions and Jason answered every one of them. I rented the mini-hune package with slide from keiki climbers for my son's second birthday at Keiki and the Pineapple. The owner is super responsive and was so nice and easy to work with! They sanitize on site and everything is pristine and clean! The kids absolutely loved it, there favorite was the ball pit and slide. I would 100% go with them again for my son's next birthday or my daughters birthday and even upgrade, their equipment is perfect for toddlers and it was very easy to work with them! Keep in mind, at least for the package we rented, the oldest child allowed on equipment is either 3 or 4. I appreciate how clear and thorough their website is with details of their packages, and they have many options. I definitely recommend for your little one's party! read more

Keiki Climbers was AMAZING when it came to my sons first birthday! Jason was very helpful when it came closer to the day! He was very responsive when I had questions and the day before the party, he let me know around what time they'll be arriving to set up. On the day of my sons party, I came across a problem and thankfully, Jason was very understanding. He wasn't irate for having to wait to set up or anything. He then recommended we use the garage to set up so change of plans, but it all worked out and the end. They were super quick to set up and they also sanitized the equipment 3x before AND after the rental. The kids had so much fun that they were exhausted by the end of the party. I would give SIX STARS if I could! The entire experience with Keiki Climbers was incredible and the kids played on the equipment the entire four hours. We actually had to tell the kids that it was time to clean up! We rented this and a bounce house for my son's 1st birthday party. We needed something to entertain not only the big kids but also the infants/toddlers that were coming to the party. Keiki Climbers did not disappoint. A majority of the time, the kids were on Keiki Climbers compared to the bounce house...it was really nice to be able to put the kids down and let them play in a big enough area that let them explore. From start to finish, Keiki Climbers delivered! The entire experience was amazing! When I first heard about this company through a friend, I had to have it at my daughters 1st birthday. I mean it's new, I haven't seen it at any parties, and it is way more enjoyable for the child that is celebrating their first birthday. I mean come on... There are bouncy houses which are good for older kids but, can a one year old really enjoy that without it being dangerous? So, if you are looking for kid friendly things for a first, second, third, or even fourth birthday... THIS IS IT! Definitely check out the website to look at what comes in each package... Jenna was so accommodating when I first reached out to her. You would only have to put down a minimal deposit to reserve your date and time. They arrived promptly to set up. We had our party at Mililani Rec 5 and had the set up inside which is perfect for the kids (and equipment). It was manageable for me when there weren't so many guests in the beginning of the party. I could scold the kids and parents... HEY! No shoes! Be careful! LOL. Just kidding.. Not about the shoes part though. Sometimes... ok, most of the time, nobody listened to our announcements being made about the age limit. MAKE SURE THE PARENTS SUPERVISE their children while they are playing on the equipment. I wish I could've been there at all times to ensure that older kids weren't on the equipment. For your party's sake... learn from my mistakes. If there are older kids playing on there, it makes it unsafe for the smaller children. At that point the adults supervising the younger kids will remove their child... Not fair. So just watch. Remember it is for children ages 6 months to 4 years old. This is to say how the kids were so intrigued by the set up, everyone wanted to play! I must say, the ball pit was my daughters favorite!
