During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end??? I had to call a plumber and pay over $1,000 to cut the drywall and replace my hose bib. NEVER will I have this done in winter again!!!

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

Paul was very quick in responding to my emails and let me know I did not have to be home when he was there. The first temp was rained out, but he emailed me the night before a sunny day was coming up and he got the job done. He sent over photos of what the gutters looked like, since I probably never will climb my way up and had a garbage bag out back that I poked around in. I will be submitting a formal claim to the Better Business Bureau. I also had a problem with the Egg Harbor office with one of the estimators. I was on a call with him and he got very nasty with me and eventually hung up on me. He lied to the Moorestown office and told them I had a roof problem and I do not. That has been confirmed as I had a company out here to inspect it. Since I found out this company changed my Township to a different office in Moorestown, New Jersey. I called and explained to the guy what happened. Instead of helping me he started with a fake cry and said can't you just help me and not put a bad review. That's a first.

When I questioned him about the ridiculous price he was rude and confrontational. I told him that I would price other vendors and he began to tell me that no other vendors had a good gutter guard product and began yelling at me. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work.
