They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end??? I had to call a plumber and pay over $1,000 to cut the drywall and replace my hose bib. NEVER will I have this done in winter again!!!

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

He sent over photos of what the gutters looked like, since I probably never will climb my way up and had a garbage bag out back that I poked around in. I will be submitting a formal claim to the Better Business Bureau. I also had a problem with the Egg Harbor office with one of the estimators. I was on a call with him and he got very nasty with me and eventually hung up on me. He lied to the Moorestown office and told them I had a roof problem and I do not. That has been confirmed as I had a company out here to inspect it. Since I found out this company changed my Township to a different office in Moorestown, New Jersey. I called and explained to the guy what happened. Instead of helping me he started with a fake cry and said can't you just help me and not put a bad review. That's a first.
