Elegant Exteriors was the right call, and I only wish I had reached out to them first. After a very strong wind storm, some of our siding was blown off. We initially called another company, who gave us a quote and promised the work would be completed within two weeks. Unfortunately, two weeks came and went, and they never showed up. When I called again, they eventually came out but did not have all the equipment needed to complete the job. At that point, I reached out to Ryan and Elegant Exteriors, which should have been my first call all along. Ryan was professional, responsive, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They came out and fixed the missing siding within two weeks, and the results were excellent. The siding looks brand new and flush with the rest of the house. When I bought my house several years ago, I had some staining on the ceiling in my master bedroom. My home inspector thought I might need some facet's replaced around the chimney and vent areas. I called a very popular roofer in the area for an estimate and had the worst experience. He left his car running, looked at the roof from the ground, and said "you need a whole new roof", and left. My home inspector said absolutely not, call someone else. Another estimate came from a company that didn't even come to the house. I told them what my inspector thought was the issue and he quoted me a price solely based on that. Feeling super defeated, I ended up calling Ryan at Elegant Exteriors for a 3rd and final consult. I definitely saved the best for last because Ryan was phenomenal. He was up on the roof before I knew it taking pictures and surveying everything. He showed me what he felt was the issue and his prices were very reasonable. He was such a pleasure to work with too- just a genuinely nice, helpful, and honest guy. Buying a house is so stressful and when you run into issues like the roof, you want someone you can trust and who will reduce the stress. That person is definitely Ryan. Elegent Exteriors is amazing! They just finished our roof. From the very first moment we met the owner, Ryan, we felt extremely comfortable. Ryan was the man for the job. Ryan suggested a solution for a flatter section of our roof that no other contractor had. We were having problems with water in this area and Ryan's solution will surely solve our problems. Ryan worked with us on pricing. He had a superior warranty to the competitor, who says "I bet we did your neighbor's roof". Ryan made it impossible to hire anyone else. Matthew, the project manager, kept me informed of scheduling and what to expect at every step. Ryan and Matthew were on site for all of the job and Ryan was up on the roof a good portion of the day making sure the job was done right. Ryan, Matthew, and the crew went over and above. They solved several problems we had. They even saved us money on the day of installation by pointing out we had copper flashing around our chimneys, which is superior to aluminum. They notified me, reused and resealed the copper flashing, and credited me back $200. Ryan runs a super honest company. Elegant Exteriors is the company to hire for your job. I got 3 different estimates for my roof last year including a company I worked for previously. I chose Elegant Exteriors because they came in with the best attitude and best price. The two other companies wanted a lot of extra money to replace my skylight and Elegant Exteriors included it in the already lower price! Ryan and Matthew came to my home and explained everything and what needed to be done. They walked me through the process and Matthew communicated with me for months while I waited to come up with funding.
