I gave them 5 stars initially. Now, less than 2 years later, a leak in the roof damaged the ceiling in my family room. I reached out to Phoenix over a month ago, and no one has come to see the damage or make repairs. One of the owners of the company put me in touch with someone who worked on my job, but no longer works for them. Someone was supposed to come by this past Saturday (3/7/26) to assess the damage. That person was a no call/ no show. Phoenix is failing to stand behind the work they perform and failing to honor their warranty. If you're thinking about using them, consider yourself warned.

My fiance and I purchased our first home last year, and the basement flooded twice. It had no sump or drain system in place. Besides the flooding, we were consistently getting 'seeping' of water through the cinder blocks because we are on the side of a mountain. Nathan came out for a very thorough consult, and did a great job of explaining the possibilities and options for drain systems. He was honest and answered all of our questions. This was the ONLY company out of 4 that explained how we might have a monolithic foundation, and how it needs to be treated differently for safety purposes and to maintain the stability of the home. It turned out when they began to work, we did have a monolithic foundation, so the system had to be placed a little bit differently. The employees did a great job of installing the system, and answering all of our questions afterwards. It was also very appreciated how they were able to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space during the same week (we did not realize initially that they would also be able to provide this service.) Barbara worked with us to establish a payment plan that worked for us, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were paying for a few major projects at the same time. We have had the system installed for about 7 months now, and everything has been working great. We have reached out a couple times with questions/concerns, and usually deal with Sal. How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

They are responsive and do remediate the issues but work should be done correctly the first time. Roofs are not rocket science. They did not put drip edge on my roof. Clear code violation and bats got in my attic.They came back and put drip edge under the first course of shingle. Not under the ice shield. They said that was correct. We all know it isn't correct. It was a patch because to do it properly in a craftsman manner you start from the fascia and work to the ridge. Don't use this company. They are insurance greedy and not roofing craftsmen.
