I can't recall now what ultimately pushed me towards using EmbroidMe, but I'm so glad I did. Working with Denise, the manager, was an absolute pleasure. She was great with communication, and wasn't afraid to offer constructive, professional advice when I asked for it during the process of designing 15 custom hats for an alumni gathering I was attending. As this was an especially important occasion--our 25th anniversary--I had to have the hats be right the first time, and completed on-time as the gathering was out-of-state, and under two weeks away. Throughout the process, Denise was in immediate contact when any design questions came up. This was especially reassuring as they actually took a hand-drawn design I had scanned over to them (detailed picture and multiple-sized words for front and back of hat) and turned it into a stencil/template for the hats, giving it a very personalized look. I couldn't believe the quality and attention to detail in recreating my sketch. Additionally, the color-matching her team was able to produce with the embroidery? Man, it was amazing! Oh, and they were completed in plenty of time, and nailed the agreed-upon price. Denise and her team just knocked it out of the park, and my alumni buddies were blown away with the finished product. I couldn't have been more proud to share such high-quality work for the occasion, and all thanks to Denise and her team at EmbroidMe. Highly recommended, and thank you SO much, Denise!!

The product turned out great, though it was finished later than we were quoted. When we went to make a second order soon after we made the first, we were told we'd have to pay the "one-time" set-up fee again (even though it hadn't been 6 months yet)... something about a stipulation with our particular order. Unbelievable - what a scam! The only reason we're giving two stars instead of one is because we liked the product. Terrible, dishonest business practice though!!!!

My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. Doing a quick search for the area I found SPC. I called to explain what I was looking to get printed and the gal was extremely kinda & helpful. She gave me some options (paper, size, resolution, etc.) as well as gave me a very reasonable price quote. So pleased with the final product, I was a return customer the following month-- Same great service and help. Would absolutely recommend using SPC for your printing needs.

This was probably the worst service I've ever had at a FedEx. Been doing business with them for a…read morelong time. I emailed the labels for my packages to their locations email address. The person, Lanie was either too new or wasn't properly trained. She kept making demands at me on how I needed to email the labels to her. I've been doing this a long time and I follow the same procedure. She told me I sent her a link. So I sent her the exact copy with a clickable FedEx link that said print labels. She couldn't find it and I had to show her. After clicking it, she then tried to print the labels first from the label printer. The first one came out normal and the second was in landscape. So she tried again and printed the next one portrait and it was far too big for the page to fit in a sleeve. She then acted like those were the only 2 and kept arguing with me there weren't 4 to print. There were 3 other employees there, 2 guys and 1 woman. She was back there gossiping while Lanie was struggling. I called to one of the male employees and asked for help. Lanie then barked at me she didn't need help she knew how to print a label. But she did need help and no one was offering it. The kid walked away probably because he didn't want any backlash from her. Finally the manager came up and helped her. She didn't have a word about Lanies behavior nor did she apologize to me for my awful experience. Now I don't know if it's because this employees age or just bad management? But Lanie didn't seem happy period. After the manager walked away another customer came in and one of the other white guys walked up and told me to move the sleeves so he could help that person. I'm looking around like why are these people telling me to do their job?! Lanie then tells him nothing needs to be moved. She then gives me the sleeves telling me to put them on my packages which clearly needed to be taped up. She then asks the other person if she can help her before taping and labeling my packages. Lanie also asked me if I needed a receipt which I did but also tries to help new customers the same time. I'm fed up and I tell the manager I have a plane to catch and I need someone to finish labeling my packages. Then finally emergence set in and they got to it. I'm really hoping I get my packages and they arrive undamaged. This was a nightmare. Next time I will travel farther to another FedEx.

I only needed something printed from email so she only charged me a dollar. I was surprised at the low price and gave her another dollar as a tip. I have local activist friends who distribute a lot of flyers, and advised that I would recommend their business. Today I needed a similar printing done and returned, expecting the same level of professionalism. The only employee working was a young guy to whom I explained what I needed and my previous visit. He said that I needed to come back at 5pm--their closing time--as he was the only employee working. He then said he would (grudgingly) assist with the 3 minute task, but not for less than $35 (!!!). When I told him of what I was charged previously for the same thing, he said that was wrong; so basically saying I'm lying while simultaneously lying about the cost himself. He also claimed to be the "manager", which is hard to believe, unless he's related to the owner-- but obviously not hired on merit. I went to the UPS store further down, and had a friendly 3 minute interaction with their pleasant professional clerk. I was charged $2.80. I wish I had gotten the name of the previous helpful employee to specifically recommend (only) her. If you need printing services, maybe check out the staffing on that day by calling ahead, but for other services, maybe see if the UPS store can assist you better. The disparity between the level of customer service of the two encounters is really a shame. It only takes one smug, dishonest worker to ruin a great first impression.

I have been working with Johnny Battle for the past couple of years and they are quite simply the easiest and most accommodating embroidery provider I have found. The customer service is through the roof and you can tell they really care about their customers and the garments they provide. If something isn't quite right, they will make it exactly right before shipping anything out and even replace it no questions asked! One aspect of the company that I really appreciate is the super fast turn around. I received my garments in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!! Their turn around is crazy fast and for me that's a huge benefit since I'm always so busy. I recently made a visit to their "stitch factory" to pick up some hats they did for me and I must say these guys run a tight ship. I wasn't sure what to expect since most of the other providers I have encountered seem to have a "sweat shop" type of feel when you walk in. Not these guys! Their facility was super clean and when I walked in. Cannon the manager greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at hone. Really impressive and it's refreshing to see these guys really caring about their business and the facility they work. They even have a foosball table in the front showroom for their staff and visitors as well. How cool is that?! Their staff seemed to be really happy working there too which was cool to see as well. As a small business owner myself, I felt that was pretty cool.
