I had the pleasure of Christina Cassidy coming to do a home visit to help me with navigating breastfeeding as a first time mother. Contacting and scheduling an appointment was quick and easy- I was able to see her very soon after our initial contact. Christina is very knowledgeable and experienced in breastfeeding, she explained several different techniques/holds and guided me in practicing them with my newborn. She also shared knowledge related to milk composition, feeding schedules, and milk production. I had come home from delivering my daughter with many questions and worries about my ability to properly breastfeed. I am so thankful for Christina's help in settling my concerns and giving me the confidence to continue with breastfeeding using the information and techniques she provided. She is clearly passionate about helping mothers navigate lactation concerns and achieve success with breastfeeding their babies. My appointment with her - and her continued support- has given me the reassurance I needed to properly feed my daughter. Established in 2014.

After 15 years of working as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, I followed my passion to help mothers at this very emotional time in their lives. Assisting them to overcome any breastfeeding hurdles that they may have encountered and ensuring the best start possible. Becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant has enabled me to help so many women and hopefully have empowered these women to help others with the knowledge they received from our consultation. I am also a mother of 7 beautiful children and I look forward to share with you what I have learned along the way.
