The earliest one they had was in July so I scheduled it along with blood work. I had to take day off from work since they don't do blood work on weekends anymore. When I arrived to the office the receptionist informed me that I have to reschedule my appointment since Dr. Levine is on vacation. I could not believe what I was hearing. I waited three months for that, took day off from work especially for that and all for nothing. It shows how Dr. Levin and her stuff are completely unprofessional and don't care about their patients. Some of the people that work there are miserable and flat out mean. They also had me leave work early and drive in the bad weather to go to a study (which they called to confirm me for) and then when I called to say I was running a few minutes late due to traffic they said no problem then they called me back as I was pulling in two minutes later to say that the study was filled . Who does that to a person? I have been a great subject for them , never no show, I'm always pleasant and I never take the patches off until told. I only do this for some extra money. After exhausting all of her options for good doctors in Delaware, we took a shot on calling someone local when she was up visiting. Not only did Doctor Ingui agree to see her, he was willing to see her on a Sunday before she left for home. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. He took the time to talk through her history without making any assumptions to the problem. After making his diagnosis he gave her a thorough massage with a metal instrument to dig out the scar tissue. It wasn't completely pain free for my mother in law but she could feel it working on the spot. He then used a deep tissue laser to complete the treatment. She now comes up to NJ just to see Doctor Ingui.
