I felt really good hiring Nethaniel even though his product was a little more expensive than the other guy. Jesse, Paul, and the rest of the crew worked very hard every day. They talked with me about the process and explained things to my grandson, Thomas. They took pictures and showed me. Not only did…read morethey resist owning their many mistakes on my $26,000 re-roofing job - which took 5 months to complete because of their shoddy work that included installing warped & damaged materials - I believe they acted in bad faith &/or breached our contract in several other ways, including: 1. failing to provide a promised materials warranty & an itemized list of project costs 2. attempting to overcharge me several hundred $$ by unilaterally increasing the contract balance 3. replacing my home's original high-quality flashing with damaged, low-quality material 4. grossly overcharging me for materials to repair their own work 5. over/charging me for corrections ordered by the City of Pullman Protective Inspections Division after the company's work failed to meet local building code standards 6. accusing the city building inspector & wider office of ignorance and exceeding their authority 7. the owner's threatening to sue me & take my home.
