I've been there several times, but is always clean. Whoever is on staff is always pleasant and answers the questions if I have any. I do think it's kind of pricey, but I don't use the laundromat very often so I don't truly know. It often switches from 24 hours to regular hours 24 hours regular hours. Consistency would be a nice thing, but I'm sure staffing is an issue like everywhere else! I would say keep up the great work read more

Used to be a solid place to wash and dry. Has steadily gone downhill. Elderly man with white hair is incredibly rude and dismissive. Sits around on his phone and ignores requests for assistance. Doesn't clean anything, I had to use my own wipes from my vehicle to clean sticky mess on folding tables where clean clothes is supposed to go. When I told him the counters needed cleaning he shrugged at me. Dryer stained and ruined some clothing, tried to spot clean in the sink before the stain could fully set. Was told I am not allowed to. Mentioned something ruined the clothes and wanted to spot clean. Was told "that's on you. You need to make sure there's nothing in there before you put your clothes in" I did, the dryer was empty before hand. Use to come here for years, since it opened. I've bought many of their bags etc. will never be returning again, ever. Save your clothes and your time. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. read more

It's a nice, clean laundry mat but the prices for washing your clothes in the small washers is $5.00, medium washer is $7.00, and the bigger washers are $10.00. If you're looking for a place to wash your clothes when needed would not recommend this laundry mat. Very expensive to wash. read more

Horrible Management. very discriminatory. I do not like service dogs and if you try and take your service dog in there with you, they will kick you out and trespass you for bringing your service dog in I do not recommend going here at all. It use to be free dying on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays now they stopped that plus you have to dry 2$ for 40 minutes you can't just use the dryer for 10 min 20 minutes it has to be the full 2$ for each dryer! Been using this laundromat for at least 5 years for my rugs, blankets and dog blankets and cushions. Up until about 6 to 8 months ago I've never had any issues. I think they've changed owners. The prices dramatically went up and they've discontinued free dry which was a bonus because my home dryer won't accommodate most of it. The male attendant who has been working here since the prices increased has been nothing but rude and nasty. Now the reason I'll never come back! As my husband and myself were unloading our laundry a gentleman with a dog was on his way in and then immediately came out saying that they wouldn't let his dog come in but he had let him in last week. He was loading his laundry back into his truck and the laundry attendant stuck his head out the door and starting yelling at the gentleman and at that point he told him he was going to post it on the internet. The attendant wouldn't let it go and keep yelling and was on the phone ( don't know to who but I assumed it was the police?) We went inside and the attendant kept opening the door and kept yelling at the gentleman. The gentleman left and after a while a policeman showed up and the attendant was outside talking with him. We were loading up and I told the policeman I would like to make a statement for the gentleman with the dog. A few minutes later while we were finishing up the policeman came and took my statement. I explained what we saw and heard. The gentleman was leaving and the attendant kept coming out and yelling. The policeman said the attendant told him the other guy threatened his life! We never heard any threat other than he was going to post what happened on the internet. I've seen more unruly children in there and even today there was a toddler continuously crying and screaming the whole time it was in there and the attendant said nothing. The dog was very clean and well behaved and over the years there's been many dogs there. I'm giving this place a 1star because there's no 1/2 or 0! read more

I've been going here occasionally for about 5 years to wash large items. I hadn't been in a while and found that they no longer have free dryers which is a bummer, but it's only $2 for 40 minutes. Also, one of the XL washers took my money and the one next to it took someone else's. A lot of the washers are not showing money entered or the time left. They're pretty warn down with broken buttons that no longer light up. Beware their hours changed and they now close at 9pm. I probably won't bother going back for my occasional large loads. read more

There is a good variety of washing machine sizes, that mostly work, and although it's never cheap, this place doesn't make me feel ripped off. Some days the dryers are free with a wash, so that's very economical. They are always cleaning and emptying dryer lint traps. read more

Turns out the sweet angel, Donna, has quicker wits than I and had moved my laundry to a dryer in my absence. I'm blown away and can't thank Donna enough! This was my first time trying this laundry mat. My washer at home isn't big enough to wash our queen and king comforter. Especially the down comforters. The washer machines are big enough to wash and really wring out the down comforters, which is what I need. The lady that works there is very nice and helped me out with great information. Very clean as well. The one thing that wasn't a convenience is they do not have credit card machines attached to the washers. So if you do not have cash on you, you have to use the ATM which charges you a fee or walk over to the dollar store to get cash. Just a small inconvenience. read more

Wow! I have to rave about this place! I have been to laundromats in the past and hated sitting there for hours in a dingy place. I do not have a washer big enough for a king comforter (though I try and it never feels clean) I sucked it up and went in, and did I find a gem!!! I've been going in to this establishment for 3weeks because my dryer is on the fritz! I've gone in different at times if the day (in the morning, afternoon and after work). I was in there 3 times alone this week ! And all week I've see the same attendant. On Monday this attendant and I had a brief conversation. Today the same attendant decided to tell I was wasn't "welcome in there if I hadn't washed there " and "I needed to leave". Went to the store there's a sign on the door that says the doors automatically lock at 9:30 which to me means, that as long as I'm in the door before 930 I can still wash my clothes I got there at 9:20 by the time I got everything unloaded and ready to go in is 9:25 I went to open the door and was declined entrance by the man working stating that no walk-ins are welcome after 915 I think you said and I was like that doesn't make sense like you guys are posted everywhere is not closing until 11 I can definitely wash my amount of clothes and dry them in a short amount of time but he was adamant and refused to let me wash my clothes my thing with that is is if you're going to run a business you need to make sure that you're being appropriately represented online which means that you're verifying that your hours are correct on the different places it has your location listed as a business and then since I was there before 930 I should've been allowed entrance and if you aren't going to allow interest after 915 maybe you should change the note on the door to reflect that because that's good business these are just my thoughts. I would give zero stars to this establishment but obviously that is not an option. My dryer broke down so I washed my clothes at home and headed off to use the dryers at this establishment. AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I was turned away stating that we had to use thier washer as well in order to use the dryers.... this is a joke because thier washers don't even get the clothes clean and they charge you an arm and a leg at that. I have always come here and had the best experiences. I came here on Monday 6/26/22 at 7:50 pm. The lady who was working here was so rude to me and husband. We brought a down comforter to wash (which we have washed before with no problems) She told us that she was not going to clean up after us if the comforter ripped. Every time my husband would talk to me, she would answer him directly. We had brought our computers to complete our college homework. He told me, I believe the laundry mat has wi-fi. Again, she interrupted our conversation and said that she wasn't giving up the wi-fi password because to many customers were taking advantage of the internet. This worker was rude and out of line. I dropped off two comforters and they came out great. They had a standard price for comforters which was ok but I wish they would be included in the price per pound of their drop-off laundry price. What did really get me was their friendly service. They were so incredibly nice over the phone, and equally as nice when you pop in. I've come to this laundromat once before and they again were very kind and helpful when I had questions about how to go about operation of the machines. This spot is always very clean and well maintained. I love the comfort of having my own machines but if I must visit a laundromat - I'll continue to come here. I called them yesterday to find out if they would wash our large comforters for us. Melissa gave me all of the details over the phone, she has great customer service skills. The cost was only $12 per comforter, which is a small price to pay for having the convenience of having someone do the washing and drying for us. Today I showed up, Melissa helped unload my comforters from my car and had them done within 2.5 hours. She is a true asset to your business. I will definitely use the service again! read more

This place is still so dumb or should I say the management thinks we're dumb. Closing at 11 means 11 NOT 1030 SO YOU CAN "finish your CLEANING BEFORE THE ALARM goes off at 11" NOT THE CONSUMER's problem ‼‼‼‼ If it says you're open until 11 then we have a right to finish our items up until about at least 10 minutes till to pull them out of the dryer this place constantly is kicking people out between 1015 and 1030 so that they can do their cleaning it's pathetic how many times managements been notified and they do nothing NOTHING‼ I truly do feel sorry for the staff because they're only doing what management tells them to do. Which also includes keeping doors locked during regular business hours when the sign clearly says the doors must mean remain open. Twice I have been here and the fire department has shown up due to complaints of the doors being locked. I'm guessing and somewhat hoping that this place gets sued yet again for the inapt management skills that are clear and present. Total Ripoff! Small washers cost $3.09 and they are smaller than a regular home load. Must use cards instead of coins so you have to spend $4 instead of $3.09. When you realize and change your mind, there are No Refunds even if you haven't used the card! The person army the counter smelled like she'd been in a room full of cigarette smoke all day! The woman working here was very friendly and helpful, but I thought the place was kind of skeevy. It didn't smell fresh in there, and the sink in the women's restroom was out of order. The sink in the washing area wasn't very clean, and it was surrounded by used paper towels since there was no trash can to throw them in. read more

Fantastic service from the staff, we drop off our runners (rugs) and they clean and dry them for us very well. We have also used the machines here when ours at home broke and they work very well. The only odd thing is that you have to used their little cards, loading cash into them at the vending machine at the front, then use the card to activate a washer or dryer. Its odd but after a few seconds you'll understand how to use it and to works well enough. Its a large place with a lot of machines in excellent condition, the floors and al the surfaces are clean so its a joy to use this place. If you have washing needs then definite check this place out.
