I hadn't been to a laundromat in a while but I had a large comforter that wouldn't fit in my washer at home. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor was clean as were the machines. There were a couple of chairs to sit down and wait while my laundry washed. I also took notice of how clean this and the folding tables were. The only thing I would suggest is that the laundry consider doing away with paying in quarters. I lost a few quarters trying to get so many into the machine. My friend in California told me he buys a laundry card that is like an ATM card that can be used at the machines. Imagine how much easier that would be for everyone! Let me preface this review: I despise laundromats. I avoid them at all cost. But sometimes life happens and you find yourself down to the last pair of clean chonies in an unfamiliar town, so you grab some quarters and a coffee and do what must be done. This laundromat was a delightful surprise. Really clean facility and machines. TONS of large capacity washers and dryers that don't look like they're from 1968. Unlike every other laundromat I've been to, I didn't see a single out of order sign. And the smell? This place smells like detergent, not stanky gray water. They offer wash & fold service, which I could potentially see myself using (I mean, they keep the place super clean and take great care of it. I think my laundry would be in good hands). In Albuquerque for the balloon fiesta and had to do laundry. I am a germ-a-phob and I hate going to the laundromat. With that said, I would definitely come back to this one. It is kept up well and super clean. Multiple size washer and dryers. Price wasn't to bad either. read more

I usually don't like going to the laundromat but this place gives me peace of mind. It's clean and there was not a single out of order sign. Washers and dryers were all working and in good condition. The dryers get very hot right away. The only thing I didn't see were the single load washers. I ended up putting two loads together to use a bigger washing machine. They have the double loads, maxi loads, mega loads, and the huge one that holds I think 8 loads. Everyone who goes there seem to mind their business and just do what they have to. read more

First time using this laundromat. One in Rio Rancho was closed and the other was nice but I needed to save time. This place is really clean and nicely laid out. The only downer is other laundromats let you dry free if you use their washers. I didn't see anyone working there but they could have been busy. Nice place read more

I came to wash my king and queen size comforters. The facility and machines are well kept and clean. I only saw two machines that were out of order, which to me, meant they do a great job of keeping them in working condition. Great value, plenty of machines and will definitely use again! read more

Nice, cleanly, well operated, go overboard to assist you! Nice heavy duty machines, soaps.....box only, bags.....reasonable....reusable, bathroom a Big plus....clean!!! Coin machines take from one to 20 dollar bills.....never had much difficulty gettin my laundry done.....here.....is awesome!!! It was very clean. There is a very comfy heater blasting warm air. It was so warm, I took off my jacket. Also love the large deep baskets. There were a couple of dryers down, but it wasn't that busy so no problem. Not sure of the water temperature of the washers, the clothes were really cold at cycle end. But, it's nice to see water actually soaking and washing the clothes. Not your at home HE front load washer. I would definitely come again. read more

My washing machine went out and new one had to be ordered so meanwhile it was back to the laundromat. Saw this place on line and since it was not too far away I decided to try it. Not easy to find though, hidden on the back side of a Sprouts shopping square. Skip the Sprouts, et.al. lot and instead Drive in just afterward and go around the backside to get to the laundromat. A hassle first time but worth the effort. One of the cleanest laundromats I've ever used. The place is spick and span. No machines with layers of old soap and dirt fowling them up or out of order signs on every other machine like I've seen in other places. And the machines all seemed to be working. Don't recall seeing any Out of Order signs. If, like me, you are not keen on doing laundry in a communal setting, this place is a great find and way better than the average coin laundry. Clean, quiet, no blaring music or CNN! Easy in, easy out. Plenty of washers/dryers. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Solid laundromat. $3.50 for a "triple load". $4.50 for "maxi load". $0.25 per 8min for drying. Clean, friendly. Working machines. My only complaint is that they don't have any machine smaller than "triple load" so that poor single people like me can separate our whites without going broke. But they have Wifi, which almost makes up for it. read more

Very disappointed. I began coming here last fall. There were a young woman and a young man, very hard workers, always there, always cleaning. The place was spotless. The machines and dryers were clean. And there was someone there to respond to needs. Sadly, since February, there have been a number of negative changes. The two hard workers are gone. The 3 other workers I've seen are usually on their cell phones or on breaks. The last 4 times I have gone I've encountered in the washers: long black hairs, short white hairs (I think from a dog--after 3 wet paper towels full I quit trying to clean), red lint, bandaids, tape, paper towel pieces, a nail, grease, sand, tar and worst of all, bleach which splotched my bedspread and shams. The dryers have dryer sheets left in them. No toilet paper in the bathroom. And many times workers leave for 40 min to an hour and a half, and there is no one there for safety, or to resolve problems. I really like the fact that when it is early it is not crowded, and the machines work well. But the lack of customer service and most of all, sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness, is making me reconsider. I believe today may have been the last time I go. If YOU do, be sure to check every machine and clean it thoroughly. And be prepared to be alone with no one present, perhaps for the entire time. read more

I have been going to this laundromat for several years. I have always had positive results. The staff are always friendly, and the most of them are always helpful and always busy cleaning. I am grateful to find a laundry in this part of town. Even though you see a few young employees come and go, there are a couple of women that have worked there for years.
