On the morning of the service call, it was changed to 10:00 till 12:00....the technician arrived at 4:30. I Was initially quoted $550 for replacing two flush kits in two bathrooms. After completing the service, I was advised that the iPad had erroneously given me the "Member" price and my actual cost would be $675. I have been advised that the $550 quote was an extreme price for the service call. I later requested an itemized bill and was told "We don't do that" My initial intent was to use a local company, I learned the plumbing service was provided by a company out of Nashville. I have no issues with the work that was done, I do have concerns about how I was charged for this service call, and their lack of openness on how I was billed.
