I was mostly concerned about the pink fur. He said he could not fix that since there was so much red attached. Uhhh that is a Santa suit. The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. I trust that the one who own the facility appreciate the people who use the laundry mat and not take advantage of people who just needs to use the machines to clean and wash their clothes.
