Thankfully, someone else needed quarters and I sold a few of them back to that couple. The washer worked well and I had one very full load. Clean clothes and when the spin cycle completed, it was only moist. Fine to put into the dryers. I took two and after 20 minutes, my stuff was dry enough that I was good to go. There is a restroom that was decently clean and a reasonable amount of space for folding. There are some seats where you can watch your stuff and they have some power outlets nearby to keep your phone charged. I would do laundry here again. I had already gotten an estimate from the company for the living room and bedroom. The men that came said it would take a lot of work to partially remove the stain. He refused to help move the tables in the living room because it had a glass top. I said. no problem my husband and I will do it. My husband then said he would take responsibility if the glass were to break. So he did help move the table. The living room rug was cleaned fairly well. in the bedroom he had cleaned very little space just around the bed. I kind of feel ripped off. It cost me 440. dollars to do the space in the bedroom around the bed and the living room was a 9x12 carpet . Thanks for your service but I' am disappointed with the price. Btw, they weren't able to remove all the blood, but that was explained. the quote I was given was between 250 and 450. For the 30 minutes of work that was done, not removing the blood, I feel that the price was unacceptable. If he had gotten all the stains out, I wouldn't complain. It's my fault though, I knew up front and paid anyway. This is a FYI in the event you are thinking of using them.

This was not even average quality or good service. I can accept that issues will interfere with day to day routines. How you handle these issues will control your sustainability. It's all about integrity. A couple of examples would be; I take brand new shirts to have the folds steamed out prior to wearing them. On 2 occasions I had gray grease on the collars. When I brought it up it was total denial. I showed them the same grease was on the underside of hook on the hanger. I decided to be cordial and moved on with life. Other times they lost my shirts. They never believe it is their fault or apologize. Very Rude. I will never use or recommend this unprofessional service. There are plenty of other dry cleaning businesses close to this proximity.
